1	This happens way too much and there needs to be a bigger punishment. I guess it depends if the law is codified or non codified but language wise its quite simple. Evidence has different levels, primary, secondary. supplementary. Primary is video, personal account, witnesses. If you report it, if the standard of evidence isn't sufficient, then the case is dropped, this is for people who falsely accuse, it would deter them.
