You know that's the reason why I never seen a female behind the grill, I spent 40 mos as a "chef" at a restaurant and everytime some female came in to work with me I had to do everything. They second guess them selfs so much it hurts listening to it. I would usually have them just work the fryer. I would have to call out what I needed to them and tell them to set the timer.
