Contrary to other comments here: she deliberately tries to wedge her foot with that kick between his legs to hit his balls - watch it a few times to see. That's why he has this delayed 'hey...ow' reaction, then his overreaction. Girls who are taught (somehow) to try to kick guys in the balls should be taught a similarly painful lesson to discourage that behavior.

What is with people and somehow not knowing that when a police officer is trying to arrest you or asks you to do something (within his/her mandate to ask), you ought to do it. Do people really think that, as an example, resisting a police officer who is trying to restrain you - that this could end well, at all? I mean, seriously...
