I highly recommend a great book called Models by Mark Manson. After a divorce and feeling I hit rock bottom about 8 years ago I read it and it really clicked with me. Today, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been and remarried to the woman of my dreams who is also my best friend.

Highly suggest that you read the book ‘Models - Attracting Women Through Honesty’ and also anything written (or videos) by David Goggins. Then check what you’re eating and start exercising daily because it sounds very much like you’re dealing with depression. I’ve been there before and I also used to think one time in my life that I “wasn’t worthy” and you need to change your way of thinking. Guarantee things aren’t as bad as you think they are right now.

Just be yourself and maybe pretend that you’re not attracted to her (in your head) so you can talk to her like she’s just a friend.

We have had crazy good sex for the past 3 years since we met and me being confident in myself and not caring about her past only made me that much more attractive to her. I look at it this way; I wanted a partner that enj…

Totally agree. I had so many “aha moments” while reading it and kept saying aloud “this makes so much sense”. I couldn’t help but to wish I had read the book years earlier but just glad I read it at all. I met a woman a few months after finishing the book and decided to be 100% honest and transparent with her from day one and it actually prompted her to do the same. 3 years later we’re still together and I can honestly say I’ve never been in a better relationship by a long shot and we’re getting…

Great book. Definitely helped me in my life several years ago when I hit rock bottom.

Remember that you cannot negotiate desire.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
