Toastmasters is designed to help you improve your public speaking and leadership skills. Every week you'll have to speak in front of the group in some way, be it giving a prepared speech or as a functionary. Think of it as an Alpha training group, because what you learn there will allow you to shine in all group gatherings. Also, you get cool ribbons. I've also won real medals and a plaque. The girls always ask when they come over to my place.

That depends on the girl. The broader the array of subjects you are familiar with the more likely you'll have something relevant to tell her. Improve yourself. Start reading about Egyptian history or neuroscience. Get audiobooks and listen to them as you drive. This will give you things to talk about and help you become a better conversationalist. Also, get your ass in Toastmasters. You will learn to captivate a room and if you fail to do so people will help you understand why. That same skill set will work one on one with women.
