Someone who is bullied but has support at home may develop the courage to stand up for themselves after a time and do something about it. | 15 | Gen X vs Millennial TRPers, the main difference..I saw my aunt do this with her daughters (no sons). She let the girls at an early age speak to waiters, try things out in the kitchen, took them to Europe, encouraged them to volunteer, go out by themselves downtown. They're now in their teens but have better confidence in themselves than 90% of the adults I know. And they're not arrogant either.
