2	Old but gold I totally agree with you. I've stated the same sentiment when dealing with these people. I'm shocked sometimes that they're able to get their job done at all with their complete lack of understanding of what they're actually doing on the computer. 45	Old but gold I work in IT and just like you said, the people I work with do literally everything on their computer. A few weeks ago I was trying to explain to this woman who constantly has the same issue why she was constantly having this issue. I asked "Do you understand?"
