That’s exactly what I said. It’s our choice as men - and it’s perfectly okay to choose to be circumcised. I’ll assume the downvotes are coming from 🐘

Unfortunately what you think and how quick real life situations can develop are very different. Only thing that I have an issue with in this post is someone assuming the worst, and thinking they needed to call the police just because a grandfather is just hanging out with his grandkid - especially when more often than not, if OP was female, this wouldn’t have happened at all.

“Almost certainly the kids grandad” isn’t the information they were provided, though. Some random person probably called sounding worried about a kid. The cops should have and should always take that seriously. I just hope that it was a respectful interaction (which honestly it sounded like it was). Still, it’s ridiculous that OP had to deal with that.

It’s not bullshit, if OP wasn’t who said he was, and decided to be physically resistant or combative, then now you have to either physically restrain him or go into a higher level of force all in the presence and while keeping a child safe. They had no idea what they were going into in that situation. They aren’t operating on the premise that OP was related to the kid. OP wasn’t saying he got slammed down and treated badly either, they merely put on cuffs. I don’t like that this happened neither…

Okay, to everyone blaming the officers involved.... they have no idea what the situation is. Some random person reported a possibly abducted child. They did what they did to ensure that OP is who he says he is. The real person(s) to blame is whoever the asshole is who thought seeing a middle-aged man with a young child is something to be worried about. OP, I'm sorry that this happened to you, and I'm glad it worked out. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. Don't even think there's anything diffe…

Bro. I used to be one too. I was stacking a 737 and the girl who we hired was just passing me bags from the belt loader. No big deal right? She threw a fit (not sure about what) and decided that she was going to stop and not do her job anymore. So she sat there as I had to crouch to the belt, drag it to the back of the pit, and then stack each bag. I wanted to throw a hard case at her. Smh.

I’m 99% sure that this is just a photo of a girl wanting to look cool holding a gun while pumping gas 😂

Like.... to hire them? And that’s as part of their compensation? Or just..... for fun

Absolutely. I think — like with a lot of things — it should be the choice of the person who has to live with it.

Unpopular opinion on this sub but I like being circumcised. I wasn’t circumcised as a baby, though. It’s part of my culture and we see it a a right of passage to become a man. I couldn’t wait lol. I’m sorry you didn’t have a choice and I’m sorry that it’s something about yourself that you hate. I think it should be a choice. Although it was tough as hell getting it done when you’re older. 🥴

Definitely. I know that there’s a large percentage of sexual assault that’s not reported - from both men and women. If you know of anyone committing these offences, please report it.

I think there are ~900k persons on the sex offender registry in the US. Let’s say, just for fun, they are all men. If there is 330 million people in the US, and we can generally say half of them are men. That means 900k of 150 million men are a sex offender of some sort. That’s 0.6%

As a business owner, If I could get away with paying women less than I pay men for the same job - you best believe my company would be all women.

Imagine telling a girl with naturally curly hair that they can’t straighten it because that’s not their culture. That’s how stupid cultural appropriation is.

Probably trying to avoid the “wtf this is sexist” remarks from SJWs.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
