People who have practiced and rehearsed a story tend to be more verbose. There's no reason why she can't have practiced and rehearsed a true story. The article and video do not mention death in any way. Nor do they imply murder. At most, they video (not the article) tries to put pressure on the defense to explain the credit card issues.
