I don't think he was implying that women are incapable of doing jobs, just that they're not biologically inclined to do so. That is not to say that there are not women who are happy in their chosen career path, that is. Like most things we are talking about the middle two quantiles on the bell curve.

The reason there is so much division in society these days is everybody is trying to group people together into homogeneous groupings, which makes it easier to generalize and write people off from society as being "bad" while boosting those ordained as "good." I went into massive debt paying for university. The payments are such a large part of my income that I can't save to buy a house in this economy. I'm still paying it off without bitching and complaining about it. It was my decision and I take responsibility for it. Of course, that is just expected of men. Yeah, there is a loaded bias in a lot of the questions, and I feel that if you don't agree with the disposition that it puts you fully into the opposite category. As a result I ended up answering a lot of questions with "neutral or hesitant," especially those in the "Revolution vs. Reform" category. On the political side I ended up 36% progressive to 38% conservative, so basically straight down the middle.

When I was going to a public high school in the late-90s/early-00s boys were not allowed to wear shorts at any time other than physical education classes. And this was in South Florida. One year the A/C broke down on the entire campus. It wasn't until 2 weeks later after it was discovered it wouldn't be fixed until after the school year would be over that they allowed the boys to wear shorts. The hypocrisy is astounding.
