From experience, I've noticed that rubbing your thumb or hand very slightly on her makes your Kino much, much, much more effective. For example, if you have your hand on her back, gently and carefully rub her back jut a little bit (go for her neck if you know she might be somewhat into you, sometimes this is risky).
