1	Parents Lose Son at Water Park; Son Drowns; Stepdad Gets 7 Years; Mom Gets 8 Months Not a lawyer but manslaughter has specific criteria to be met. The fact that she didn't straight up please guilty like the man did makes it harder for the prosecution to pin on her without substantial evidence of manslaughter. Negligence probably. Murder?
