2	At my last job my female supervisor made complaints about my "inappropriate" behaviour and the female manager backed her up. Yeah once they have you on a PIP HR doesn't really care how you feel, the manager can just say you're difficult to work with and all he cares about is how to protect the company from being able to get sued.	/r/MensRights	08/05/23 06:56 PM
176	At my last job my female supervisor made complaints about my "inappropriate" behaviour and the female manager backed her up. I had the exact same thing happen. She took things I said in 1 on 1 meetings where she asked me what were areas for improvement and then reported me to HR saying I thought I was better than other people. Claimed other undefinable offenses like I rolled my eyes on zoom calls. She used me leaving for paternity leave to learn every aspect of my job and pushed me out to give herself more security. Truly horrible human and a manipulative person. Should have been a red flag when she told me her family…	/r/MensRights	06/05/23 11:31 AM
