How many of you actually go to the gym to impress only yourself and not others around you? The only point I see in going to a public gym with weights is to socialize with others and show off your physique. Lifting weights just encourages people to eat glorified candy bars and drink these protein shakes that only add on extra weight. I have better results than the people at the gym.
