Yeah so the reason you will never have a good relationship is because you think like this. It's possible - necessary, actually - to not be a doormat and have a good relationship. Relationships are built upon trust and a mutual desire to make each other happy. If one side is giving more than the other it won't work. I hope you and everyone else on this sub can have something like that in the future.

It's more likely for relationships to end now, yes I agree. But it's also less likely for a terrible relationship to continue "just because". Sure there are some issues nowadays with women getting more benefit of the doubt, but if you take your time and only commit to relationships that look promising, there's a much higher chance of ending up happy. People here take it way too far.

Focusing on yourself is a great thing to do; give yourself time to enjoy life and figure yourself out. But if you want to have a successful relationship in the future, you can't have the same attitude that this sub holds towards women. Good luck.

Dude you're young, please get off this sub while you have a chance. The people here will never have a fulfilling relationship, they only see women as antagonizing and useful for sex.
