Some of you really haven't heard of Alimony/Spousal support and child support? Read the article that's all this is, it's just worded differently. And for 25 years of marriage that's actually a really good amount for an EU member state.

It better be brought up at her next election. If her opponent doesn't they would be just as incompetent as she is.

There's an option for a recall. It's just complicated, and sometimes more challenging than seeking an alternative. As for the rest of your comment, absolutely. If she values people's views of an alleyway more than the battle of 72yo fighting cancer aka literally for his life, she needs to find another career.

Yes they do. Long complicated process but it is an option. An impeachment is reserved for criminal matters. What she did was disgusting but you would honestly have a fight on your hands to say it was criminal, given the discretion judges have in sentencing.

She's an elected judge. That petition won't do squat. I still signed it though. Only ways to get rid of her is to have her voluntarily resign, be recalled, or lose her next election.

Some of Reyes lawsuits targeted former romantic partners, men who hold prominent positions in the worlds of media, finance and the arts, including one who gave her almost $100,000 and paid private school fees for one of her children. All of those fields require some level of intelligence, falling for her would mean you have to be willfully blind to her narcissism. Also 100K and private school for someone else's kid? The sex couldn't have been that good. Stop simping.

I agree, it's not PPD, it more of the Ex and DM got away with exposing someone on the internet (Revenge Porn) for clicks, views and money, simply by not divulging their source and the ex saying it wasn't him.

Under California state law, they state can take on the role of the victim in some sensitive case types. Usually however there has to be a good amount of evidence to support a prosecution under this standard. In this instance this was just some overzealous prosecutor, her friends (who actually accused him) the school.

I'm thinking he's playing the long con. I'm not even bothered that she's a PS, it's that she's a self admitted rapist, and no one with any morals would volunteer for that partnership voluntarily without having other goals in mind. PS: Happy Cake day.

Be advised that we have a different ideology from other dating and/or women subs, so posts and advice given that contradict our ideology will be removed. We believe in only displaying content that is beneficial to women. That's literally part of their sidebar. They don't even agree with each other to a point of accepting differing views. It's just a bunch of gold diggers looking for tips.

The case inspired an Arizona law passed in 2018 that would have given Torres the opportunity to use her embryos without Terrell’s consent. Because the statute is not retroactive, it does not apply to Torres. No quite awesome for anyone in the future but for this story yes.

Apologies if you don't think this is PPD-enough. Don't piss on us and call it rain. You all know damn well this is not PPD at all. It's dog whistle racism, and sexism, with some stereotype camo. This sub is going to shit because some of you want to pander.

Ms. Pao said she would remain as an adviser to Reddit’s board for the remainder of the year. As for her immediate future, she said, “I plan to get a lot of sleep.” That year contract is a SOB. Smart move by the board to not get sued by the clown. I still find is perplexing that the goal of her firing Victoria was to economize Reddit, yet after firing her Pao turns around and has to hire a team to replace her. That right there would show that she is crap at cost economics and just plain common se…

Where were all of those people when she was going after him and when she hit him? If there was enough time for a customer to take out their phone and start recording, obviously shit had been going on for a while. And who ever in the video said "that's a female" fuck off. I hope he sues, go after them for wrongful termination. The only reason he was fired was because it was a female who can play victim.

I was actually referring to the non retreat coverage that it offers. I've seen so many people say on many sites "he should have just walked away" when he wasn't required to do so.

I actually don't have a problem with them being allowed on male teams, it's all of the added bs that will fallow that i do have a problem with. Inevitably someone will sue for discrimination, or harassment or that the standards are too stringent for women to get on the team and it will lessen the value of the brand. If they could somehow get over these pitfalls i would love for mixed teams to happen, or a mixed league.

Yeah that did make me smile, it just shows that not everybody is going to take the BS and ask for more.

Or when they bring in the consistent fan base and ad revenue which results in the money where the male teams get the majority of their income from, not simply because "we both play the same sport".

Funny thing about that, I heard that in order for male performers to get a decent pay in the industry they have to be willing to go gay for pay or be gay.

Chambers claims she became extremely intoxicated while her ex-boyfriend remained much more sober, and says she has no memory of him having sex with her that night. “He also proceeded to film it, and didn’t tell me.” and Ann Olivarius, the lawyer representing Chambers...Olivarius previously made legal history fighting for women’s rights as part of the team that coined the term “date rape” and is aware of the challenges that Chambers faces in pursuing legal action. or to put it more bluntly as rep…

Click here for her video, here for the video the Guardian did and here for her petition on Change.org Now that that has been done let me say this. Is the ex an asshole, yes it seems like it. Is he a rapist as she is letting on, No. This is simply some one crying foul because their past has caught up with them. The whole story and wording just seems off, evasive and ambiguous. My main point of calling her claim BS is that it is more than six years after their breakup, and more than two years afte…

Sanghavi concluded that the first time the two students had slept together, the accused committed sexual assault. The fact that this "assault" led to a 21-month relationship did not raise red flags for Sanghavi that perhaps the interaction really was consensual. So what is she claiming that he was a victim of a new form of Stockholm syndrome? This country has lost it's ability to use common sense and reasoning. Makes you wonder if they ultimately want a form of educational apartheid. Edit: a wor…

I'm just going to say what I just did. Disliked the video. Flagged the video. Hateful or abusive content / Promotes hatred or violence Timestamp 1:16 A video that implies that men are taught that rape is an option, uses the idea that deadly violence against men is funny, under the guise of educational humor.

When I said "unsubstantiated" I mean claiming that that is a "fact" that was left out of the article. That is only one source who claims that to be the case and is worded as if it is a summary from the mother. That is the classic "but they agreed to it", line made by almost everyone whose in a crosshairs to lessen complete culpability. Alexander’s ex had a baby and didn’t know who was the child’s father. She reportedly needed state assistance, so the case worker demanded that she name a Father f…

You're saying that second article elaborates some, also your other comment stated stated This. The article linked is trash, it is hard to believe that it got through an editor.. It doesn't even attribute the last quote, making it confusing as hell to read. It also leaves out some HUGE facts. A few of the other articles go into slightly more depth, but the fact is that trying to sum up a confusing and complicated situation in ~100 words is bad journalism. The thing that's left out is the "accusat…

At 48sec into the video you can hear the fear in his voice when he says "I'm scared, because I've been before this judge before." So I wonder how reasonable she was when he didn't have legal council.

What he may have is an appeal to a higher court if this turns out badly for him, but if that fails, unfortunately most courts, court personnel, and government officials have qualified immunity that covers them from any punishment.

I just read that article and I'll throw this into the mix. The way it's written is as if it were said by the mother, who has every incentive to tone down her responsibility for the fraud. According to the unnamed woman, she did not realize that the state would go after the child’s father for monetary support. That line right there seems to undertow that she is the one who had everything to gain and now everything to lose. Could that be the truth, possibly, or it could the mother covering herself…

A process server turned in paperwork saying Carnell was given notice at a house in Highland Park. It is something the Michigan Department of Corrections says is impossible. At the time, Carnell was incarcerated for a crime he committed as a young man. That's one of the more troubling parts of this whole cluster. An officer of the court saying they did due process of notification, and a state agency saying that's literally "impossible" because he was our "guest".

At the time, Carnell was incarcerated for a crime he committed as a young man. Was all I could find on multiple articles, so maybe it's sealed if he was underage when convicted.

He couldn't even afford a legal council to go to this case, one only came forward because this case hit the media. Think of the cost for one who specializes in human rights to even see if this falls under the umbrella, let alone litigate it.

I get your premise, but simply allowing someone to say John Doe is the father, now give me money, truth be damned is not acceptable under any circumstances. Then the state through their negligence threatening jail time for not paying for a child that is proven to be not yours is out of the bounds of reason. What about going to the mother and saying who is the actual father? Why did you willfully perjure your application? Where is the mothers responsibility for bringing this man all of this troub…

Unless you can show the court your child will have a "significantly" less beneficial lifestyle living with her, unfortunately your chances slim. What she has done in the past, is currently doing, or probably will do again in the future relationship wise is irreverent to a court when it comes to custody. I've been a law clerk for over a decade and have seen mothers who are absolutely crap in every aspect except when it comes to the care of the child get custody. They don't have to have been or be…
