Looking at your post history, you seem like one confused dude... Flat earth? Really? You have a smoking or gf, but you're making posts about being lonely? Lol.

This is what I'm wrestling with, and maybe it's the remnants of my BP life lingering within me, but I still believe in love. I just think about it differently now.

Thanks, appreciate this. Lol I've thought about that before, probably gay love is more genuine/satisfying

I'm good at reading people, I do it for my job, so I'm fairly sure she was. She was responding to my lead though, as I told her to give me a massage and she did. Appreciate the advice though.

Write down your ultimate goal, write down smaller goals that are steps to get there, break down the small goals into achievable actions.

Exactly this. People don't have meaning/purpose in their life, so they buy in to a collective purpose/goal which is winning the league or award. People are retarded.

You're probably right. I should just stop being a bitch and approach.

Answered in another comment, but mainly it's that I've been on RP for about 2.5 years with limited success. The things I'm struggling with are: - Can't get over approach anxiety - Can't shake the anger phase - Having trouble being rigidly disciplined - Internal validation/steady state of self-worth and happiness Basically I don't feel like I'm the man I should be by this point.

I find weed every 2-3 weeks, maybe every 4 weeks, is actually helpful in that it gives me a chance to reflect on my development. If I do it one night a month, surely that's not going to screw up my development. Alcohol on the other hand is just a waste of money and yes, kills gains.

I've been doing probably 60-70% of these things, but my discipline is waning. I want to solidify my manhood through monk mode. One of the issue is to do with plates - I feel like I'm communicating neediness and one has broken because of this. I also struggle with approach anxiety massively and have done so little of it in the two years I've been on here that it's getting me down. Most plates have been through tinder. I also struggle with the anger phase because of these things, so all in all, …

Bro I feel for you, I really do. Life can be fucking brutal sometimes and it seems like the world is on top of you, but you have to realise that you're the only one who is going to get you out of this. Your attempt at gaining external validation failed and that should be a lesson - that these tactics never work. Look internally. Focus on yourself. One key thing that helps with depression and suicidal thoughts is exercise. If you have access to a gym - GO. FUCKING LIFT. It's scientifically proven…

A goal can be part of your mission and you write your goals down. Your mission should be your ultimate vision for your life, and ideally it's something that you keep striving for. It took me a bit of time, but I know what I want my life to look like in the future and beyond and I'm always thinking of how I'm going to get there. It's different for everyone. Take some time and look inside yourself.

It doesn't matter what she thinks, it matters what you think.

I didn't read the whole thing, but to me it seems like you need to stop focusing on girls and get a mission. One thing that has helped me stop giving a shit about other people's opinions of me is having a clear direction and following it. I know where I'm going, I know what I want, and fuck anyone who tries to bring me down on the way.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
