I'm talking about users on TRP subreddit. I think I might know more than you, haha. They had an article pinned on the subreddit years ago saying literally, "women are mentally children." If you're making the claim that the subreddit doesn't represent TRP at large, then I'm going to go ahead and say that what I said here is likely true: I wonder if you are picking and choosing what advice to listen to, and you consider any abusive advice to conveniently be an exception? If you aren't a part of th…

I mean I don't think either of you are very good at debating to be fair. Saying "some women are actively bad people" isn't a counter to "what warning signs are there of abuse?" Or was it some other reply? Either way there really isn't much to be gained by that statement. Some women are stupid and bad, and kick puppies and commit vehicular manslaughter. Yeah? And? Of course bad women exist that idolize things like murderers. It's shitty. Conservative women exist that love nazi husbands because th…

Surprised to see so many genuinely nice and respectable opinions here. I'm afraid to scroll further down haha.

Has it changed much? The old redpill I used to know would regularly give advice on how to cheat on women. It would give advice on how to push past a woman's "no." It would tell red pill women to ignore their husband's faults or problems he is causing (i.e., lower her standards and accept mistreatment) because the solution to everything was to submit. They would give abusive advice to destabilize their partner and make them insecure, in order to make her less likely to leave. They also regularly …

There is a reason why some women ONLY have abusive relationships. They cannot choose another way. What they need is therapy. Somewhat true. Both are important. Though it's mostly because a shit ton of women are socialized to feel guilty for saying no. Guilty for having standards at all, too. When I was growing up, being "high maintenance" was the worst thing you can be. Except that phrase was used to mean any girl that wasn't a doormat. A lot of girls are still being socialized to grow into door…

Careful about writing off sexism with innocent interpretations like this. The guy above clearly had a problem seeing women as individuals and understanding their responses and backgrounds will be varied. I.e. he struggles to empathize with and see women as people. While I absolutely agree with you, that's not what he said. One form of sexism in this world is writing off every bit of sexism we see with plausable deniability. E.g. I often talk about sexism in the medical field -- which is proven a…

What do you mean? OP is a man complaining, not a woman, right? I don't really see women complaining about not being cold approached. It's almost always the opposite.

A lot of the comments here struggle with empathy for women, and this one is one of the bigger examples of the issue. You make it sound like you think women's lives revolve around men's. Like women are just sitting around waiting for a guy to come and talk to them. It's not that she might be gay, or might be in a relationship already, or isn't interested in a relationship, or doesn't like him for other reasons than "he is beneath me" or something. You think every woman is available and willing to…

Women don't like being approached because they learn young that men are pushy, and eventually have bad experiences where men stalk her or verbally abuse her for turning him down. It's scientifically proven that predators look for signs of weakness/shyness to pick out who they approach. Being cold is a tactic to make sure the confrontation ends there and that she is less likely to be preyed upon. Being overly polite means the guy senses you have weak boundaries, and might be more likely to escala…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
