My friend is now going to sue They are not , black comedy or dark humour is largely understood to be a coping mechanism, to release stress and tension. No one thinks violence is funny yet slapstick humour is about people getting hurt, whether accidental or intentional violence. The idea of "lol-ocaust being amusing/humour is the juxtaposition of the horror of millions being killed with something benign as laughing.
