While I agree that everyone should lift because it has a lot of benefits (for me the biggest thing is the great feeling which you have for the rest of the day), I feel like people overestimate the effect of lifting on looks. Your face, height and posture are billion times more important than being fucking huge. As long as you aren't a fat fuck or a skeleton, it's not going to make THAT big of a difference.

These are usually at parties since I'm a student. But yeah, solid advice, thank you. I think I've just got the "Strike when iron is hot"-mentality from here. Maybe switching up the tempo could be the best for me.

I have no problem establishing initial attaction .I escalate pretty aggressively and I feel like it's always going great until I try to bring the girl to my place. They often make up some shit like "I need to see my friends" etc. After that I feel like everything just dries off. Do you have any idea what I could do to fix this?

No Study Groups I have to disagree with this one. Since you are on TRP I somewhat expect that you have surrounded yourself with people who have similar interests. Of course there are some people who you can't study with, but with good people it's excellent. If you don't understand something, maybe your friends do. Or if your friend doesn't understand something, you can explain it to him. That's the best fucking way to learn.

Kissed her, got the number, setup a date which she cancelled the day before.

Yes, she absolutely was. I've been trying to pay attention to my posture, but sometimes I just "forget it", since I'm not quite there yet. I personally find a great posture much more important than being muscular.

Really made me think when a hot girl at a club came to me and said: "You are tall and handsome, fucking carry yourself straight and let it show."

Didn't read this. Way too much text for such a simple thing: You apologize when you have done something wrong that causes harm to other people, regardless whether they are a man or a woman.

It's fine tbh. While I agree that lifting is important, I feel like people exaggerate its benefits especially when it comes to looks. You don't need to be jacked af, just have a somewhat athletic body. I've been lifting for 5 years, and I'm decently lean and muscular, but my results are something I think you should be able to get easily in 2-3 years. Lifting isn't even close to being the biggest factor when it comes to looks, but it is important for confidence and shit.

If you have some high-quality meta-analysis to provide, I will happily read it. If not, I'm sorry but I don't really care about anyone's "personal experience" when it comes to medicine.

I just can't see how it's possible to even be depressed when you have high T. Well, maybe it is because testosterone has nothing to do with depression.

There's a difference between feeling sad because your life is shit and having a mental illness where your brain chemistry is totally fucked. The first one is easy to fix by fixing your life. Lifting and stuff can help with the other one aswell, but it sure as shit isn't completely fixing it.

You have a point, but there are parts I strongly disagree with. You say everyone can offer good time. Fuck no. That's total bullshit. I wouldn't even consider having sex with 90-95% of the females. And that's not even included in the "good time" part, and that's the best and only thing majority of the women have to offer. Intelligent discussions? Good jokes? Hell no. Even most men can't offer that. If a woman is actually able to offer you good time besides good sex (most are terrible at sex), th…

This is true, and I have also used the same metaphor before. I have literally witnessed a woman burst out in full rage and scream: "GIVE ME ATTENTION!!!" when me and my two friends were discussing something and we told her to be quiet when she tried to interrupt. She was literally experiencing shortness of breath, her face turned completely red and she was shaking. It was extremely entertaining to watch her situation get worse, it looked exactly like she was being strangled.

Let's say you are confronted by someone. The options of which you can choose from are: You walk away You stay You pick #1: In case you have company, they most likely think that you just played it smart and kept your cool. If you are alone, you pat yourself on the back. You pick #2: The situation goes off if you are lucky, or it comes to a fight. If a fight happens, there is nothing to win. Either you get your ass kicked and maybe suffer permanent damage or you beat them and get sued. I have way …

The 'problem' is that there's a post almost on a weekly basis, where the narrative is always the same: opiate abuser who fucks a ton and has good job etc., gets sober, no longer gets laid because now drugs aren't all he cares about, "The great TRP lesson" in the end. Of course it's fucking great if you get sober. But reading the same story over and over again makes you question if it's real. And even if it is real, I really don't know why should it be always posted here.

I used to have a really shitty self-confidence. I thought girls didn't like me because I was ugly. The truth is, they never paid attention to me because I didn't even talk to them. Considering how I've thought about myself earlier, I'm now extremely realistic about everything in my life. I don't really care if you think I'm overestimating or lying. Ugly and average people always blame their looks, but like I said, they itself don't do much expect open a larger pool of women available for you. My…

Get a haircut. I'd probably go with a two step undercut and comb the hair sideways. Your nose seems a bit large, so you want to get the attention away from the middle of your face. Consult a real stylist, at least for the first haircut. Your facial features are ok, I assume you can't grow a full beard, so always keep it clean shaven. Always. No expections. If you can/some day it starts to grow properly, then go try something like 3 mm shave. Sick eyebrows. Take care of them. Pluck them regularly…

If you want, I can give you advice on hairstyle, grooming, skin-care, etc. But to provide anything better than just general advice (which you can find online), I'd need a picture of your face. I understand if you don't want to post it here, but if you do, I'll gladly give advice.

I'd say I'm easily in the top 5% when it comes to looks. Also for how respected my education is and how much I'll be making money, top 5% for sure. All this doesn't matter too much, unless you have all the social skills and attributes needed. Women do approach me in the night time, and cashiers etc. do flirt with me in the day time. I'm still autistic as fuck, and even though a great deal of women do want to get to know me, they lose interest very quickly, because I lack some other qualities. I …

Spot on. This is just RP fantasy: "Applied some RP magic, and poof: Walked up to a model-tier girl, she paid for all my shit and rubbed my cock while I took some business calls, fucked me like there's no tomorrow, then made me breakfast naked." And actually no lessons were learnt.
