You can clearly see he has no leg room. in my personal world of thoughts and morality he is intruding her personal space, even though it might be small while on a plane I feel like she (would be the same for a guy btw, there is no gender involved in the right of personal space in my mind) still has the right to have it and if you are the one intruding it you might at least explain yourself.
