Because there are no men having their head beaten to a pulp in the demographic of HotD, there are tons of women who have gone through traumatic births. Also, the man who got his head beaten to a pulp chose to join the tourney, the woman didn't choose to have her fucking womb cut open.

I mean, they're not saying those men are "bad" because they're black/lgbtq, they're saying they're "bad" because they're men. Which obviously doesn't make it right, but BLM/LGBTQ doesn't really have anything to do with this (besides, I think lot's of people who think this way think it's okay to say this shit because "men are the opressors", so they exclude lgtbq and MOC, because they're opressed as well.)

Yes it does, we influence our behaviour way more than we influence our looks. Besides, just because you perceive this as an "attack" doesn't mean you need to attack back, it's a lot more productive to ignore it and move on.

That's not discrimination? People have preferences, whoever you're having sex with might not even feel a micropenis. It's not weird to say you like bigger breasts, why would it be weird to say that a micropenis is better than a regular sized one?

Yeah, alright, if that's how it works, it's pretty insane, but that's at least not what I understood from the post. But yeah, if they put the burden of proof on the accused, that's really shitty. But I do understand that it's basically an impossibly difficult situation. Btw, I don't know why you posted that court case, because it looks like the three guys were found not guilty, I kinda scanned the thing, but idk what I should've read.

That's not what the post says at all, it doesn't mention anything about proof, it just explains the new laws. Besides, I'm pretty sure that most of the time, that's not actually true. People still need proof, yes, sometimes people get away with false rape accusations, but I don't think that that's often.

Yes, that's a difference, but the post didn't say anything about that, they just said that you need an actual yes, and not, "not a no". Proving that you go that yes is a difference. Btw, it's not just men/guys who rape/need to get consent.
