That's my mistake then. Might just be me, but the terminology seems a little too loose to be making tests out of it.

I mean.. If she's so drunk she's incapacitated, I don't see why even a "tipsy" guy with a decent amount of respect would still go through with it. Maybe it's just me, but only tipsy, I'd still recognize that the girl I was boning wasn't moving and it might not be a good idea to continue. Regardless, this is a shitty and obviously loaded question. Like. What campus is going to investigate this? Are they the law? There's so much of this that doesn't fit right.

There's also a lot of facts missing. I'm not familiar enough with Europe's divorce laws to know, but he may have had some kind of child support to pay, that he couldn't while he was living in a van, and now that his income has skyrocketed, she's after him for backpay. That's my take on it. Granted, it's unlikely he owed 2 mil, but I'm assuming that that is one of those lawsuit tactics where you sue for an exorbitant amount and talk it down.

You asked what alliteration was and I answered. Why the attitude over an explanation you asked for?

Alliteration requires that the words begin with the same sound. "Chauvinism with shirts" would be alliteration.

He is against cannabis legalization. That's my only complaint.

I'm imagining a local homeschool group of average people (white Suburbanite types) trying to help one kid with Calculus. Even in a group, the education is still limited by the group itself. Granted, you're right, and it's entirely possible.

I don't deny that it can be effective. The main problem with homeschooling is that it's limited by the abilities/knowledge of the parents. The simple fact is that mom and dad can't be experts on every subject. I'm guessing your friend's parents are very well-educated.

Yep. An overreaction to perceived violence is a big conspiracy to turn boys into sissies. I do wonder if you guys realize what "zero tolerance" means. The term seems to imply it wouldn't be tolerated from a female student either. Then again, I could be wrong, but rather than immediately jumping to self-victimizing, maybe ask yourself how many elementary age girls play fake guns.

Given the way public schools are going, it wouldn't surprise me to see a rising trend in this. Except for the fact that most parents need to work and don't have time to also be teachers.

I don't know all that much about NZ, but car/traffic issues aren't nearly as big a thing in places other than the US. You have to consider that it's fucking weird how commonplace car ownership is here. Somehow, I don't think traffic jams are figured into the law. That said, they do probably have cell phones and I'm sure some kind of communication could help.

A fair counterpoint, but it is sad that it isn't important. Then again, some psychological studies have shown that IQ isn't really all that accurate a measurement of intelligence. Intelligence is really a hard thing to define scientifically, and even harder to test. The problem with studying people is that no two of us are exactly alike.

Whatever. As a human, I wouldn't give two shits if it were a lady lion.

How about.. Nobody should hit anybody. But in the event that someone does hit someone else, it's fair game. I'm sorry, but if a woman is trying to hurt me with physical violence, I will defend myself just the same as I would if she were a man. You wouldn't go easy on a female lion, would you?

That's kind of an unfair question. Naturally, teenagers check each other out and everyone should respect each other, but of course, the world doesn't work that way. Schools have dress codes to keep kids from coming dressed inappropriately. Nearly naked is not appropriate for school. Simple as that. At the same time, a dress code isn't going to stop their imaginations. So perhaps, while distraction is a weak argument (though still with some merit), dress codes need to be enforced with the reason …

Eh.. Honestly, I'm a little on the fence on this one, guys. I agree that men should respect women regardless of their clothing, but on the other hand, this girl needs to suck it up and follow the damn rules. Super short shorts are a distraction for many teenage boys. I know it was for me. The point is: Rules are there for a goddamned reason. Once she graduates in 1-3 years, she can dress however the hell she wants. Good luck finding a job without a dress code though. Edit: Guys, this is a seriou…
