Just an FYI if it is an STD lamb skin condoms won't protect against it. They are porous so their is a chance viruses and some bacteria can seep through.

Imagine what you can get done with that extra 30 minutes you aren't wasting jerking off? That in itself should be enough to keep jerking it in moderation. Personally, I don't think there is any extra benefit to keeping a streak; but to each their own. Side note: If you are going to do it, do it at night-- when you orgasm, your brain releases certain neurotransmitters that promote drowsiness which can inhibit your productivity during the day. It can also help you fall asleep.

It is kind of a crapshoot in that it won't be 100% accurate, just keeping track of what you eat will help you regulate your diet a lot more. Aim for a deficit and try to focus on nutrient-dense foods. You said you cannot run, but there are other forms of cardio to help burn more calories. You could try jump-roping (i would use good running shoes/something with support to help with your flatfoot). Another way to get you…

I graduated with a stem major and I am currently in grad school. I've been in your shoes a number of times. While the specific material you are learning right now might not necessarily have real-life applications, the skills you are learning to implement do. Be happy that you are in a situation where you are pushing yourself to your intellectual maximum because you will see yourself dumb down very quickly once you start working. Also, it sounds like you need to work on time management so you can…
