This is weird... Maybe this is why I stay so skinny even though when i eat its usually junk... when i started gymming and watching what i ate everyday i went up 2 stone in a month! I sometimes went whole days without eating, and some days ate 3 takeways.. large portions as well full sides the works... with afters!

29 here. Was Alpha when I was 18-23. LTR breakup made me ultra beta. Found redpill. Related it directly to most of my sexual life. Applying and enjoying life a lot more with open eyes.

If i hadnt experienced this 2nd account Tinder syndrome I would have caled bullsh*t, but after forgetting my old password i made a new one with a different email, switched up the photos and did bits of what OP has described. Lots more matches on this one.. Removed the bio and just put in stupid one liners. And like he says .. 5 mins a day MAX swiping.. Dont get steaming and swipe all out every day - my old account was a ghost town

In England its similar with Mercedes/BMW. I got a 2006 AMG Merc and even my mates were like nahh you cant afford this :D. Similar with girls.. all about the badge

the times ive done it ive just gone 'one sec' and grabbed my phone. girls love to think theyre being recorded because theyre being good at what they do. whether its a youtube vid or a bj vid.. not once have they ever gone no turn it off. (most) girls are bigger sluts than u will ever know

i used to know 4 people who were mates in my class at school. geeky kids, but straight. all used to try and get with girls usually pretty unsuccessfully. fast forward 10 years and i shit you not they are ALL gay. thats not a fukin coincedence thats the result of giving up cos they cant get women :D:D

dont overthink it - just send a text. nothing long. personally i try to arrange meeting up within the first 5 or 6 messages. if she doesnt reply next her.

tbh i've started using the "so what are you on tinder for" line a bit recently - working quite well tbh, they usually just say - "meeting new people and seeing where it goes" then i try to steer it towards the meeting part..

POSITIVES Upped my gym from 3 to 5 days, with boxing (HIIT) as an extra day. Starting to see my 6 pack back as well as putting on lean muscle. (6" 12 stone) Realised drugs (coke) and alcohol really dont help the chasing (will cut out both completely for the next month (aiming for a year then clean). Sending 'those' texts at 1am to girls aint gonna get you anywhere. Also inherent health benefits. NoFap is actually quite a good idea. Probably once a week to relive stress/tension but no more should…

thanks for all the replies. have decided to delete her completely. i hit the gym anyway so will just be upping it slightly. the rational male just came today too. installed tinder and have a fair few matches already. few hits few misses. lets go.

i did exactly the same with an American girl who came to the UK for a few weeks (ironically from Texas too). had a sick time with her but then got oneitus during the 4 months she way away (due to come back). two days before she came back she said - "i dont think it will be the same". and then ghosted me for the duration. only in hindsight can i see my neediness and clingyness was unattractive as hell. lessons learned.

As above - I ordered the book before finding this site - it led me to it. I realise the landscape has changed, but it’s still a great read and some lessons still apply

This wasn’t a question it was a rant/hello/introduction , but sorry, mistake was made. I understand the landscape has changed a lot since I last went PUA, and I was merely saying that I found this site when I was looking for the book, so it was a lucky coincidence. Thanks for your advice Ash

Thanks for this - what you have said makes perfect sense. The image I have ingrained in their heads of me won’t change, so I should just next them. Thanks for the landwhale ananolgy - definitely fits here. I ordered the game as it was only a couple of £, and I’ve ordered The Rational Male as well. I’ve also been reading a lot of sidebar material. Made a few new approaches today, will be keeping frame and not making old mistakes. I am the catch.
