I would say go out to places that YOU would enjoy and that doesn't bore you. There's always gonna be people in the world that seems none interested but you have to make them interested by talking/communicate about what's your likes n dislikes, etc. I'm a introvert so I'm working hard on my social skills to get what I want, that's what it's kinda about getting what you want/need.

The majority of women your age n up are young n dumb Just be yourself, because you run into someone who wants to have fun with you. do things that make you happy, be active and girls will come.
