Factors that contribute to SMV: physical attractiveness (are you pretty, are you in shape, ect), personality attractiveness (are you confident, happy, pleasant to be around, feminine...) and sexual activity(are your a CC slut, your number...). These are the main points that I could think of right now. If this career move does not negatively affect these things then I think you're good to go!

My husband and I slept in separate rooms for, like, 10 years during the baby's stage of life. I kept the babies in my bed to for breastfeeding and he had to get up early for work. We've been back in the same bed for the last 9 years once my youngest grew out of her baby stage, but I thought it was perfectly fine back then. You might want to buy a memory foam mattress since it doesn't bounce when the other person moves.

This med is not an popular one, but way worth checking out your physician- Welbutrin. It actually INCREASES one's sex drive, curbs your appetite and helps to feel good. I frankly do not know the reason why it's not as popular as Prozacs (spelling?) It's worth checking this particular drug out. Take good care of yourself and I wish you well

There was a rough period of my life when I saw a counselor to help sorting things out. He suggested to be on anti-depressant as a crutch to help me through. I met with a psychiatrist and got the med. It helped tremendously.

I would see a psychiatrist and get some anti-depressant. You would be surprised at the number of women who are on these sorts of medication. And they help!

"On purplepill, a female levied the claim that TRP is too nice to men and too mean to women -- that, in essence, we're out of balance and biased."--- Hmmm.. That statement is like complaining why jalapenos peppers don't taste like cookies. And if everything tasted like cookies, I rather starve to death! If TRP was feminism advocating and taught men to be whiny beta, then why would it even called The Red Pill... And if there was no real alpha man, I rather be a nun and would not reproduce any off…

One thing I learned about "saving" is that, put aside the actual amount of money you save by using the coupons. Otherwise, we often mentally will use that extra again and again, ending up saving nothing, but just buying extra stuff. Example: Coupons saving is $10.00. After your shopping, you actually put that $10 AWAY- in a piggy bank, in a saving account that doesn't tie to your checking. Common trap many of us fall into: hah, I just save $10. I'll use it to buy this XYZ that cost $12. After al…

Unless a marriage is a life time till you die, I think we should consider what is the woman's SMV as a divorcee vs. a single woman who has had one or a few LTR, providing they are both the same age (in their 30s, for example...) Just a thought, I have no idea... What do you ladies ( or gentlemen) think?

It's not his problem honey, unfortunately you have a lot of yourself to work on... You "tricked" your guy into to open up and tell you the truth, promising it's safe. Obviously it's NOT safe. And now you pick and chose which version of his words suits you better. Instead of picking his "you are overweight" version, make your CHOICE of believing his "you are the most beautiful woman" version. It seems to me that he himself was feeling insecure after the ex-encounter situation. Could this be what …

I think you are right on point! Have you read the redpill? I read this article today, not sure how it helps, but it could shed some light into how men think. It's an disturbing article and disturbing comments. Hope your guy doesn't have this kind of mentality. http://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/30gszj/you_can_distill_all_red_pill_knowledge_down_to/ As we both agree, you need to show that you're wife material. However, don't let your past to hold you back, I mean MENTALLY hold you back. …

Are you wife material? To work on yourself and your value, cleanse the inner vessel and be wife material, THEN you will increase your chance of attracting high quality guys that are willing to commit. To have a husband material, you must be first wife worthy. In other words, if this guy settles down for you, do you know of yourself you won't trade up if there comes along a better prospect? Will you not cheat on him? Unless you know who you are AND be who you want to be, I wouldn't bet on people …

Since you had sex with him before and things move along just fine, I would just continue as it was. Your man appears to be willing to get into exclusive with you without you ask for it, why mess things up with expectation and pressure? If you hold off sex now because you want to trade it for exclusion, I'm afraid things might fall apart. In other words, sex is one of the things you two shared with each other, it's one of the elements that brought him closer to exclusion with you, how would your …

It's something my husband and I still playfully talk about occasionally, that when I came met him at his Jiu-Jitsu studio over 20 years ago, his rope was open showing off his hairy chess and my eyes were wide opened, fixed on it LOL. Hairy chess- absolutely. But I like men with smooth face for kissing and going down on me :-))) LOL

I don't see you in the wrong at all for feeling this way. But if you set no boundary of how often he goes out or didn't express that you would like him to be home today, then I don't see how you could be upset at him. that said, being a stay home mom, isolated and alone on a Friday night is not easy, specially your man is out having fun with other adults and you've been home with a child. The situation is energy draining itself, pretending nothing is wrong takes even more energy. Red Pill or not…

Go! :-) Just do it! I myself just got back from the gym, and this is my 5th time of the week. You can do it too!

Being positive would be my comment to you if you asked... The fact that you have got back to school, finished with honor and got a job is amazing. Give yourself credit for that and use it as a momentum to push yourself towards other positive things. " I have made several other changes he has asked for, as well." Has your husband given you his feedback / acknowledged your changes? If he does, I think you are right on track. True deep permanent changes take time. We at times feel emotional and eve…

Join a gym, running club, yoga. That's what I would do first. These things give you more energy, make you feel better about yourself and definitely look better. Also focus on healthy eating. You can't underestimate how much it does to your mood and health! I believe in making myself feel good first before I can make a change in my environment and positive impacts on people around me. One can't give a drink of water to others unless their cup is first full...

Surveys have revealed that men connect better with women with natural, less make-up look. It's not specific of what you meant by "not attractive face" so I would just do my guessing. If you wear foundation, try just tinted moisturizer with SPF, no heavy eye-liner, just mascara. If your lashes are not long, use Lattise (or carepost). A good hair style that are flattering is sooo important. Nice good hair day goes a long way. The difference between the days I go unnoticed and days I turn heads is …

Do you carry yourself as a confident woman? Do you have a big warm happy smile, that means your eyes light up and convey the message, "hey, I'm happy and I like you"? Are your teeth nice, straight and white? Those make big difference.

I totally understand where you come from and agree that this is a dating dilemma that we as women generally face - women are the gate keepers of sex and men are gate keepers of commitment and LTR. I think the bottom line of what I wanted to communicate is that for a relationship to be born and flourish, there must be a free choice to enter both sex AND commitment. The woman has to feel it's her choice to enjoy sex because it's about her, it makes HER happy and not because she has to give it out …

I dated countless men before I got married and I've been married for 20 years. If you asked, this would be my respond: I don't play the sex game. Giving sex out in exchange for a relationship never works out. Withholding or giving sex for a purpose beside your OWN pleasure is manipulative and it will end up hurting you. I don't expect a guy to commit to me when getting into dating a guy. Anything can happen. It's the risk we are willing to take. That said, I always focus on the fact that if I am…

" being a nice gentleman and treating them like princesses removes the alphaness " That sounds more like feminism to me - which is there's no difference between men and women, which is fine. But don't confuse it with being an alpha while you can't see what the difference between acting like a child and acting like a man. A gentleman with a firm ground who treats women with kindness but within his frame, does not put up with her crap is an alpha. One who runs over women , arguing with women like …

To the women who quote Marilyn Monroe-"If you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best.", I would say: If you had the look, the body, the wealth and the fame of Marilyn Monroe, and could possibly fuck a US president as she did (rumor had it), then by all means believe that myth about men can't handle you because you're strong, independent and confident. Marilyn Monroe was not in shortage of men who wanted her. But until you have all those things going for you, maybe a reality…

Wonder how that logic would fly in the face of the women if a man says "I'm a strong, confident, independent man and most women lack what it takes it handle me"... I imagine he would be squashed. Another thought - that statement itself (the one from the original post of this thread) is a direct put down to the female species that women in general are weak, lack of confidence and dependent. BUT, she(who makes these kind of statements) is an exception. For a woman to make those kind of comments, t…
