There is one made by some University of Michigan sophomores. I'm not entirely sure what this one is, but the umich one is basically "was she a good fuck?" or "how hot is she?"
Given the religious significance to some regarding circumcision, I think it would be more than just women. And a note: my mother actually cried and thought it was disgusting when heard about the option to circumcise, but it was my father who thought we would be 'abnormal' if we weren't cut. Just a couple thoughts.
