1	How to meet 10s? I know it sounds insane but 5'10" 167lbs is just the start. I'm 6'1" 210lbs and I didn't notice an increase in choosing signals until recently. No 8,9,10 is doing online dating unironically, it's purely for validation. It's the best time to sit your ass down and go monk until covid clears up. 1	Activities to increase SMV? I would suggest hitting at least every muscle group once a week and focusing on hypertrophy. Keep rest times low and have a plan. At 18 game is going to be hard enough without being in the top 10%, just focus on slowly improving yourself both physically and intellectually.
