I don’t really know much more about diets to cut weight just bulking diets. Try keto again but don’t stop it. Soda and sweats aren’t even that good once you start eating keto a lot. After about 20 days of good ass food it’ll start tasting better and you’ll never think about them again. With my diet I do 1 cheat day every 2 weeks. Not a huge one either just like real pizza instead of keto pizza and I still don’t drink pop on my cheat day
