We are filing stuff this week. That was ridiculous yesterday, then she accused me of trespassing. She has lost her mind or is self sabotaging, I am real confused on which one. She pulled some Amber Heard shit too, where she flinched when she saw me even though there was a big ass wooden glass door between us.

Thank you, today has been rough, went to pick them up this morning at 8:30 and she refused to let me have them, slammed the door in my face and tried to keep them from coming outside. This is court ordered and she hast let me see the kids in three weeks. Luckily they saw me from the window and I got to spend twenty minutes with them, kissing, hugging and talking, while also playing "lion". I now know we have to go back to court and get this solved once and for all. Thank you for this message!

How contentious? Who makes more? You are going to spend a buck, I just slapped down 6500. Good luck. This is a billion dollar business.

This right here is where it’s at. I am finally getting back to it.

Yeah, split it 50/50 and move on with your life. You are under five years so you shouldn’t owe alimony. That’s the easiest way, she will be the one whose life changes, you can split whatever you have in those accounts and call it a day. That or you can hire a lawyer, have them suck up more money than you have and you will still most likely owe her 50% if what you started with at the separation. You are going to split the stocks, sorry about that man, as soon as you moved them to a joint account …

I am right here with you brother! There are others out here, wishing you peace and happiness in all of this mess. Mine has been keeping the kids from me for a month now and we have to go back to court again. I fought all of the false allegations too, just insanity and they want to ruin us. Please don’t give her that.

You should be able to go to the court house and go off their paperwork, then file, otherwise google it.

No, immediately at the hearing. You have to go to the hearing first. The whole thing is just a debacle. Makes you feel like the worst human on the planet.

Everything these guys have said is correct. You need a lawyer ASAP. Mine also filed a bogus protective order stating I was going to kill my kids. The judge lost it on her and made her immediately revoke it, gave me back time and visitation. That is your only hope, that the judge will see through all of this. She most likely did this to get you into circuit court where anything can be said and will be said. Hopefully you get a good judge. Stay strong man because it is just beginning and won’t sto…

Oh brother I feel your pain. Food is a luxury here too. Same boat man, different ocean I guess. I never thought I would work to not see my kids. Just nuts.

It wont look like abandonment, have her sign and get it notarized a statement that says you aren't abandoning them. Record her saying it. There isn't a judge on the planet that will look at that like it is abandonment.

This is what I needed today! This gives me hope! Our divorce is going to be long and drawn out and we haven’t even had our first court date yet.

That’s what I wanted too. The problem is that she wanted everything and decided to start making false accusations to get it. That doesn’t make it clean anymore when you have to pull in doctors, counselors and teachers to say your kids aren’t physically and emotionally abused.

Man, I feel your pain. I am going through this exact same thing except with three children all Under 5. This has turned into an epic mind fuckery if her hiring a nanny, keeping them during the day at her work with nanny. Taking them across state lines to her parents home, stonewalling me for months so far. She won’t discuss anything other than me leaving for good and walking out of the kids lives. Which isn’t an option until the judge awards her full custody, then I will leave just not to be und…

And you have hung in 13 years so far? Has anything gotten better?

Oh, I take that stuff with a grain of salt. I am working out a ton and taking care of myself at this point. I need to be the best I can be for my children during this time. I am starting to have a real sense of clarity I haven't had before, and I am starting to like me again. Which feels great.

Thanks man, I have been going through the site, pretty therapeutic and spot on in regards to some of the stuff I am dealing with.

Thanks, I need too, she is slowly and not so slowly sucking the life out of me. What happened today made it incredibly easy to walk. This has become so toxic it is unbearable. I will never understand how it got here. I honestly think she just hates men and more specifically me.

I do keep hearing this and that is what she is afraid of, I am pretty sure the lawyer scared her with this yesterday.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
