It establishes a pattern of different parenting styles between men and women. Nothing more. To make the leap that this is entirely or dominantly rooted in biology has not been proven by your source, and I would need to see further evidence to support it, especially when social influences remains a compelling and plausible explanation. At no point does this paper suggest that a man is incapable of parenting like a woman(or vice versa). It also doesn't suggest that parenting differences between men and women are biological in nature but rather that it is social.
