Because this is the highroad to radical sexism, something i once was on myself. And after a few years online this community has deffinetly fallen to the same standards of feminism. Best of luck

If thats truly how this sub operates, by just mindlessly and aimlessly posting links and reaching to change public opinion, then i have no interest in being here. There are many ways to attack bias in the courtsystem. By just posting whatever, and then using some halfway argument to justify it, all that this sub does to the outsiders will be to look like a sexist group full of angry men. And we arent. And if i read this case right, it wasnt at trial. No sentence yet. Ergo we have yet to actually…

And while i will do my part, if this was pointed out, made clear, or spesified somewhere... i would not have a problem. But this isn't that. This was a guy who posted 3 seperate links of women doing crimes and these crimes being followed up on. Just to flip it: a woman wants to disprove that men are capable fathers, and just post 3 pics of fathers being criminals. Does it actually help or prove anything, or is it throwing fecies to make the entire discussion tainted.

Seeing how i get downvoted to hell and back because i don't imideatly don't bow my head down to whatever nonsense is pushed, i might be done in this sub. This isn't a case about this, its a single example of a situation, and so many of you are sitting cocksure just frothing over the idea of it being against mens rights. This is A woman who murdered 2 kids. This case would still be a case if it was 2 sons, or 2 daughters. And trying to push this to be about child custody is reaching at best. This…

Jesus you are sticking to your worthless guns "I found a case and assumed something... so sexism." Stop defending sexism

"Please show me where in the west that sons murdered gets ignored while daughters are the cause for investigation." You picked A case, that did not involve that spesific question. You also picked a case where the basis for her release was based on mental health, where she was abused by her mentally handicapped son, and the killing happened during a self-ending attempt. There is a diffrence between arguing against injustice, and just blindly taking a case and assume sexism

if im reading this right, the judge rules based on a psychological evaluation of psychosis based on a deep depression. And im not downplaying her act, but most of the western world has laws regarding psychosis and mental disorders, at one point how you cant be held liable for acts caused as you'd have no controll. Its a very controversial option, but nowhere here does it outright state "had the boy been a girl...".

Oh noh, your karma score! :( And no, i didn't touch your score. I commented rather than downvoting and staying quiet. But if you are gonna be that sensitive about it, maybe a rights group isn't your style... after all, socially if someone is fighting against your rights, you are destined for some downvotes. His motives doesnt matter, if it doesnt relate to mens rights. Simple as that.

I am not hating on you, in any way. So take that thin skin out of the sun before you give your inner organs a sunburn.... Unless ofcourse, this is an alt profile commenting on your own post? My problem is: this is a sub for mens rights. A place (as far as i understand it) to vent over ones own injust experiences, to point out current equality, to help eachother grow and adapt, and to share relevant news. For instance, news over the growing AWDTSG groups, is HIGHLY relevant as it has turned quick…

A risk we run is to be hypervigilant for anything and anything a woman does badly But if a woman does a crime, and said crime goes to trial... then isn't that justice done? Op posted 2 links within 1 minute, both unrelated to mens rights , both being a woman performing a crime. I think OP might just be agressivly hypervigilant

We see more acceptance in todays teens towards non norms and atypicals, than we did 10-20 years ago. So qualified therapists in school, for future generations, who are trained spesifically to understand mens development and such. Shoutout to our school "social workers" who spent her time pretending i was lying about my violent and self-destruction thoughts, even with my excessive history of violence (being heavily bullied) and self-destruction....

I don't think we as humans have the capacity to give our general attention to any 1 thing for a full month. Maybe the general rule should be 1 day to celebrate or be aware of 1 thing. I am not part of pride, as a straight white person, they don't really care about me. Unless we count kink, which some do. Is a SAHF a slave? Is a maid/chef a slave? You do have people who live by cleaning and cooking, for quite a wage (and lesser wages elsewhere)... I see a SAHP (P for Parent) as a luxoury, where one part can afford to pay for someone elses life, to ensure more time with the kids, to have a cleaner home and always having dinner as you come home from work. I dont care the gender of who does what. Besides at least some time where the kids needs the mother for milk... Most couples have a split on chor…

It really deppends. I've been in this sub deffending women. And here is why: They arent perfect, we arent perfect. And why usually men gets the short straw on bullshit so much, SOMETIMES people here go too far with their critique and go into dangerous retoric like women arent people. And we NEED to be rational, logical and to talk down the extremes. The only way to work together, is to put our differences aside and focus on problems case by case.

You know, after i was socially accused, went to the cops with proof of my innocense (thank fuck my ex is a moron), they went to her and she retracted her statement, and numerous social workers and teachers working on stopping the rumours (ha good luck) I still almost ended up in two fights alone against a larger group. This case just proved #metoo to be absolute bullshit, as they couldnt go after it because of bidens political status. People around her claims it never happened, and the accused is in a massive possision of power. The perfect person for the movement to go after. But they didnt because of his political status. Meaning POLITICS was more important than a potential rapist, to that movement. False or not, this is evidence of the entire movement being bullshit.

Hot take, but not every father is a good father. And if we take a step back from the movie: convicted felon and thief who just got out of doing hard time... and the only requirement for him is to at minimum have a job and pay 20$ as a form of evidence for working. We can all agree we need to fight for fathers rights, and how we need to make the courts less biased against parents who wanna be in the picture: but every case is not that case. Sometimes its no visitation for a reason.

Usually is, with the politically active trans people, in my experience. I'd highly reccomend watching Sydnes video on this event. The released version is cut to high hell to make the "traditional" women like sidney and pearl look bad... yet they are STILL the most rational people there. In the discussion on trans in sports, the reason we segregate sports is to ensure we can enjoy and celebrate female performance without them being overshadowed by male performance. Like the fastest 100m dash is 9.58sec for men and 10.49 for women. And while it would be ok for them to…

I am. If we leave behind the terms, and ask eachother: "do we want equal rights? Do we want to reduce inequality?". Most will answer yes. I find that if we argue on the basic ideas instead of using terms like mens rights and feminism, usually we agree far more than we disagree. Lets be realistic here. We don't need to deny that women face things men usually don't. Equality is to see both sides, for their strengths and weaknesses. But if u need a few: physically inferior to most men, meaning any confrontation or meeting can be a huge gamble. Sexual harrassment being WAY more frequent. A privilege i frequently heard about was how men can walk outside at night without fear. But we are way more likely to experience violence outside at night. Im assuming you are unsure of your own views here. Renting is one of the biggest expenses you can have, and a home a real solid investment. Especially as one grows older and into retirement. Maybe i just so sneakily wrote how feminists wont aknowledge men has historically suffered too, just a few lines below. I do by no means suggest women only struggled. But history could be summarized as "forced to give birth until you died or no longer could concieve for women, dying at your workplace or being forced to war for men." To me, i don't want to compare suffering, and only ment to show that women often ignore mens historical suffering because it doesnt help their narrative

Speak for yourself. I do 3 things: i look out for number 1 and number 2 (my dog and myself). If im being the best version of myself, working to improve, maintaining my life and growing, i will be a fantastic man for people to look up to. And while finding a steady partner is hard, my "list" shows that im not really struggeling for a fun time. i allways have time to talk to a friend. Even if its a feminist, or an incel, or nether. Probably the same reason more men seek higher possisions of leadership. Some seek to get by, some seek to live comfortable, some seek success... and some seeks the zenith; and some seek pr. I think it's more likely the top % of chiefs are men, is probably because fewer women are interested in becomming one

Hermaphrodites are exceptionally rare, and are deffinetly a deviant. And as much as you want those stats to mean that its a whole ass new gender. But in most cases, it's only partial. Like a micro penis or an excessivly large clit. And as much as you want to missrepresent the commented to make your agressive stans look good, you are really just a prick with an agenda. So fuck off.

Read again, and more, if you think im not aware. But i think by activly denying one side in a childish form of "who had it worse", is a game preventing progress. It is ONLY by seeing humans as humans, and trying to help eachother on problems, we can have it better. And i see alot of people in this sub attack history as if men were the only sufferers, and feminism doing the exact opposite.

So far net positive, but its also heavily missrepresenting history to make their points. And we as men, HAVE to aknowledge: the world wasnt always a good place for women. Feminism fails us in the current day by not helping with mens issues, glorifying victimization, enshrining inequality as a FACT without it being true, and sacreficing men for what is a really shitily hidden female supremacy movement. And they, as women, are strongly against even aknowleding that men has historically suffered to…

So let me, as a 28 y/o, tell you about my anti suicidal strategy: "im too old and lived through too much to suicslide now." You have an entire life to find yourself, grow, evolve. So that front you have so much to experience. Also, girls tend to like older men more. So you should spend these years growing, training and gaining some financial backing... and by the time you hit 30, you'll be the one rejecting them. Besides: fuck ending oneself over someone else having it easier.

We don't reach out for help enough. A valid argument is how women are almost 4 times more likely to attempt self deletion than men... yet men are so many times more likely to succeed at unaliving. It's not a competition, but one is frequently a cry for help... and the other is far more often a desire to end it. Self harm as well can be seen as the more widespread version. Well, first that would involve separating qualities into masculine and feminine. And after that, defining what a "true" man is. A true man could be one with nuts n schlong. It could generally be one who lives in the woods and live of nature alone. A real man could also be the steriotypical afemminated man who crossdresses and calls himself a sissy. If anything is an indicator of someone unable to think for themselfs: Arguing men were so priviledged. Priviledged to be EXPECTED to work long hours to care for the family. To provide. Even if it hurt you. Even if it harms you. Even if it kills you. If you consider being forced to stay in the home as opression, you arent really wrong... but saying men werent opressed, because work? There is a time and a place to teach children about saying no. When it is ok to say no. What is ok to say no too, and such. Heavy trauma related to women (abusive mother, ex who falsely accused me of rape socially, another ex cheating) caused me to very rapidly grow quite misogynistic. "Not proven" is a core part of "innocent until proven guilty". Sex crimes are notoriously difficult to prove as there are no test that determins wherever someone consented or not. If you test early, you can prove sex happened. And potentially get dna samples to establish it was sex with the accused. Witnesses, cameras and such might help, but isn't exactly rational. This goes both ways tho, and it is highly connected to whats defined as masculine and feminine. If cooking and cleaning is feminine, then alot of single men are in touch with their feminine side. We can allways argue over what forms of acts could be considered masculine, but if we look at the trends men focus on, such as fixing shit (car, door, chopping firewood), it's basicly about quality of life on a surface level. Because "to clear his name" sounds very dubious. It could be fame, to get some money. But i find it suspicious that he appears now, so late after all of joe…

It's alot easier to downvote and hate, than to try to understand. Sadly, my own experiences as a straight man in todays dating market has been about learning how to deal with the wants and needs of the other side. And me trying to share how gets downvoted cuz "omg women so picky so evil steal all your stuff!" Its hurt men trying to justify some bullshit, and not actually learning and growing.
/r/MensRights22/04/23 07:38 AM

You'll be downvoted for being rational here. And downvoted for not being an incel. Oh and to merely suggest the other side also have it bad in some aspect. I've seen some GREAT discussions here, but now its mostly angry men who are turning just as bad as feminists.

Can confirm. You'll be downvoted once the people who feel rejected wake up. Being a quality person with an edge will get you way more chances by being terminally online. Not saying it isnt a problem for society, but adaptation usually works far better than waiting and protesting for things to change

My goal in life is freedom One of those freedoms are to not be restricted by monitary values, if i want that cookie, imma buy it. So if money is a resource, jewlery MIGHT be a form of investment. But not for me, so it would be a gift. And a gift (unless its to help with a financial situation) shouldnt be about the money. So i'd rather spend money on a gift on an experience, perhaps to travel somewhere or a date, if i want to give someone a gift. Any girl who demands a "gift" for marriage, in the…

I'll assume as most things, are created to protect and serve. And in a time divorce grew, the laws were mostly to protect the women who werent working, and usually stuck with the kids. Whats to prevent a man from just leaving them to starve and starting over? But yeah, it deffinetly needs a rework for modern society

Ok, so since you got it: how many women play chess at that level, compared to men? Im saying its a differance caused by the size of the groups
/r/MensRights14/04/23 05:26 PM
2

Probably the amount of highly intelligent men into chess, than women. I don't have stats on that tho
/r/MensRights14/04/23 05:21 PM
17

U ok there buddy? Someone stole your period and comma key? I guess what you are trying to say is that men and women have diffrent skills on diffrent attributes, and that is true. But where chess differs from sport, as far as i understand it, is that sport has gender divisions due to physical differences. Where as in chess, the only limit for a woman to beat men is wherever she has the intelligence for it. There is no impossible wall, as for say womens strength compared to men. But due to the gen…
/r/MensRights14/04/23 05:19 PM
-2

Could be, one could argue it stems from looking down on them and thinking they didnt have the intelligence for chess. I thing general dismissal and ignorant views are far more common than hidden fear :P Ether way, chess doesnt need to be gendered. This could have been a private club for women, and im not entirely against that (allthough i've seen a few of them include trans and "non-binaries", so that defeats the purpose)... but why did this dude feel such a strong urge to sneak in
/r/MensRights14/04/23 04:41 PM
220

So i did a very deep and analytical dive into the genders and chess (googled it a bit), and the only real difference tends to be womens intelligence on average being more central to the average, while mens tend to be higher on both sides. Meaning there are more extremely intelligent men than women.... but also the opposite, more lower intelligence men. So my first question would be why a gender division at all?
/r/MensRights14/04/23 04:26 PM
2

Diffrent rules for me, cuz i dont want the harsh reality As in, if you HATE ALL MEN, then truly, doesnt that make you a biggot? Sexist? Discriminating? Yet it's not even a quarter as likely to hear a man say he HATES all women. Because that normally isnt the case Somehow they got to keep the narrative alive
/r/MensRights14/04/23 04:21 PM
3

Trans being less problematic than cis? some people are desperatly closing their eyes to not see reality
/r/MensRights13/04/23 11:59 AM
3

What are they striking for, exactly? Usually strike has a goal, to force a business or society to change in some way.... but most men will only be inconvenienced and annoyed, causing further distain? Isn't this kinda just a form of viritue signaling to suggest women have it worse? Because if they had the same expectations and disposability + invisability most men have, they would be the first to push for a modern trad wife experience.
/r/MensRights13/04/23 09:14 AM
2

Look, my dude, i will not lie: the world is hard and discriminates against everyone, for a variety of factors, at diffrent degrees and factors. What worked for me was to train to be far more extroverted than i naturally are, and work to be a charming and likable fuck. You want at an interview to convey confidence and intelligence, while also being friendly. My best advice to fake it, is to find your edge, and think of it while practising conversations with people. Hey, i think your wife was my ex gf! Joking aside, the shyness to innitiate is just bullshit. Clear communication is ESSENTIAL for a relationship, yet so many women just don't for whatever reason. Innitiating runs the risk of rejection, and it's the fear of showing ones wants and needs and being rejected for it makes one vonurable. She is scared of showing you, her partner, her vonurable side. My ex did this fun game of "i dont wanna hurt his feelings when he is trying to innitiate, so i'll just…

If one applies personality traits to you based on sex and etnicity, they are sexist and racist. It doesnt matter if your a black gay woman, or a white straight man. But i've found the lefties to be quite agressive about the race and sex accusations.... like it somehow is ok just because im white and straight... + the incel accusations are just hillarious.

I'd argue the left and the right GENERALLY have a difference of opinion leading to a difference in views on science. Keep in mind Sir MayDip, i am a scandi. Our right is kinda center-right compared to the american left/right. And i lean slightly center left politically. And from my time in the deep-fry nation, it seems that both sides at times are anti-science or missuse science to allign with their politics. I dislike the 32+ who go after barely legals. Mostly due to the powerimbalance and life experience, + development of the mind. To me it feels predatory, and sadly we see alot of it in the kink community where we have people aged 60+ who EXLUSIVLY contact the newbies and 18-19 year olds. Im not ok with it, despite the gender of the older and younger.

If the goal is a zero sum game of "you hit me so imma hit you", only its historically... we will never know peace. Because we cannot quantify the difference, we cannot agree on the degree of oppression, and most feminists cannot even aknowledge that men historically also were opressed... You dont read well, do you? Let me try again: We can talk of mens rights without being sexist. We can talk of false accusations without being sexist. I do not support the people who cannot stop talking about feminism, inequality, sexism and racism. Usually a comment like this doesn't come out of the blue, and on every topic. We can in singular discussions focus on one genders issues. If i say "so i see this issue men face, and i'd like to discuss it", and the retort is "well what about women?" My original comment stands. But if the topic is "young people attempting suicide", i wouldnt use this argument. Generally, we can focus on singular groups within a topic at times without being sexist. Very few things destroy my sanity as much as online dating on the mainstream apps, and my opinion of women are probably semipermanently fractured from my experiences with it. You see the dregs of humanity, the bottom tier, the worst of the worst there. We men experience a desert of rarely a drop of water (attention) because we are so many... the women can allways pick and choose between the likes, while we struggle to even get one. And if you say something NOT within their fantasy of a stormy ro…

We do see certian behavior such as men not seeking hospital help, and women communicating like absolute trash. They may not be exlusive to a gender, but trends overall show what gender does what. Are we just discounting that?

Well, steriotypical women does steriotypical shit. My go too these days is to say "oh when you say power dynamics... do you mean voluntarily given up/taken, or the natural flow? See im into bdsm and especially dom/sub play..." Usually steriotypical women responds steriotypically interested because they think they have sub-tendencies, and it takes the topic away from copy paste steriotypical pseudo feminism

So as a man who has had his nuts sacreficed to doctor dick chop: The chances drop deppending on how long its been, and even if successfull, the tubes may not be able to send as much cells as required making pregnancies harder to concieve. So rather than continuing your missinformation, understand that if everybody had a vasectomy, alot less would be able long term to have kids. Wear a condom instead.

I agree with the solider part: one shouldnt enter the army and potentially die at 18. way to young. Regarding drinking and smoking, some rules should potentially change, but nether are permanent solutions. The snip is however in all likelyhood a permanent choice. Which is why i think the law in norway (my country) regarding a minimum age for snipping at 25 is about right. Just because you can do some things younger, does not make it right. And most people need those extra years to grow up into s…

Missinformation. Reversable vasectomies are a thing, but the odds gets massivly reduced as time goes on.
/r/MensRights16/01/23 11:34 AM

The chances of a reversed vasectomy being successful starts at around 70%, then drops off to the lower 20% after a few years. And that doesnt mean 100% open tubes if successful, it means success for reattachment and SOME spermcells flowing. Meaning you can have a successfull recconnection, and still be statistically viewed as sterile due to the odds being way low.

My ex spent her time trying her very best to make it painful and favor her. Example was a new washer/dryer we bought for 12.000nok. As it was only a month old and she wanted it, i asked for 6000nok. Apperantly that was unfair, and she didnt want to pay for me to leave it. So i could pay her 9.000nol a…

By default, a 50/50 split, equally in a no-fault divorce court, takes all assets and splits it evenly. By trying to move the topic over to courts in general, you are moving the goalpost. thats not really a good discussion move, it shows that the original claim isnt really deffendable. "Most men wants x" needs a source Anecdotal evidence can be regarded as personal experience and not evidence. BUT lets take your hot take and flip some words: If you are in a city/state/country with a law against g…

Look, i am not gonna argue with the lot of you. But "if you live in x and there are y people and z people both supporting it, but z are more likely to be screwed by it" cant really be used. Because thats how we claim men are anti women due to hospital-connected shelters for spoucal abuse. We got enough to be angry at the court system for. A no-fault divorce state with a 50/50 split to ensure both parties are cared for post divorce (as long as there are no pre agreement) is the closest to justice…

I think historically feminism has been a useful tool to get the equality we have. I think there are certian important topics still needing plenty of topics which feminism is relevant. Abortion, for instance. I also think the main issue is ignorance; where as any movement, the radical group tends to be extreme and "lost". I've straight up been told im lying, or that men can't be abused, when i was talking about my experiences. These have a wide range, from false rape alligations and abuse. Ofcourse stats are going to be scewed, ignored, manipulated, or justified with some nonsense (or legit unrelated conserns) to support "the movement"

It really doesn't seem so, based on your attempted crusade in these comments. You are mainly being downvoted for going to a mens rights group, in a comment section on the blatant sexism and discrimination men face in society, chattin on about women and their suffering. It feels like you are trying to justify whats going on. I get that might not be your intention. But your low efford responses and "women suffer women oppressed" comments aren't helping anyone. It only shows one side of the coin.

Oh im sorry. Welcome to the sub. U must be new. Humor asside, im not personally scolding you. But im also not the only one pointing her out to you. I downvoted you because your statement, allthough not quite wrong, doesn't help when we got someone straight up looking for a argument where they can just act morally superior. The Mens rights groups get a bad wrap, and these kinds of bastards often come out to prove we are what they say we are.

The logical point to any argument is to ether find common ground, convince one party on how they are wrong or to respectfully disagree. Endgame is always that one or both learn something that will affect their future interactions. This can't be done who is arguing in bad faith, or straight up refuses to take in any arguments what so ever. This is a person who is here to rustle jimmies, not to learn or make us learn. A person not worth anyones time. And this individual is CONSTANTLY here.

If i can bring in my main argument: If you are going to HURT someone, an ex or whatever, for whatever reason (like attention, "winning" the relationship or whatever), and you decide that your method is falsley accuse someone. Marty-the-troll, i understand what you are saying, as many others here do. But one is a proven abuser. One is unproven. You are deffending the proven abuser. Aka. Deffending the rapist for getting a booboo while raping.
/r/MensRights02/06/22 05:27 PM
7

No. But here you are, deffending the rapist cuz the rapist got a scratch. If JD did abuse the TurdMeister™, she did a VERY poor job of proving it, while Jd Was rolling in evidence. And even so, her punishments has been so small compared to what jd lost for the last 6 years. Men go to jail for doing what she is proven to have done, and trying to shift the blame onto unproven accusations is a very poor take.

I would define patriarchy as a social system where the male counterpart of the species controll or dominate. Counterpart would be matriarchy, where the female controll or dominate. Lions and Hyenas are good examples. As an employee in healthcare, i don't think it has to be called anything. Dunno what you are trying to say. We litterally can't compare 2 people, due to the many factors that make a person. Experience, qualifications, physical health, mental health and so on. Even more so on "beauty", as it is subjective. What isn't subjective is that cute women gets treated way diffrent than those considerd not-cute, and even then, women compared to men overall. If we go by money alone, women outearn men by quite alot in a large amount of places, but spesifically the younger crowd. Now we can claim a wage gap has opened between men and women, favoring women. Luckily (or unluckily), rape is notoriously hard to convict someone of. Evidence is (and should) be needed, and with so many reporting …

Not upset, just exausted by all the silly shit designed to segregate us. THE DEMOGRAPHIC THAT WILL BE THE FIRST TO SAY SEGREGATION WAS A MISTAKE, HISTORICALLY, tend to be the first to activly pursue segregation. By sex, then etnicity, then whatever the fuck is the new untermench. I'd rather go to a gym where your background and biology means fuck all. Where you go, train, make friends or similar. A place that activly discourageese creeps, but also have rules regarding clothing and privacy to ens…

Im not entering into a debate on who pryes the most, and their reasoning, without sources. But in my experience, men gives way fewer fucks on how others look, but tend to look like newborns do whenever someone with a great body goes by. So the amount of time staring might be less, the creep factor increases? Idk.

Ex decided to gain some attention at a party, but forgot she is a moron who can't plan for shit. So she went to this party, and when the attention wasn't at her for 0.7secounds and she almost did a Amber Heard out of sheer anger, she decided to "admit" to being raped. By me. Ofcourse she made sure that a few of our mutual friends (who likes me more cuz i haven't done anything and everything to cause drama) were listening, that she made it VERY CLEAR it was a date that had multiple witnesses at a…

"BUT WHO IS KIDNAPPING THESE WOMEN!?!" - some feminist who is completely missing the point, and at the same time unironically justifies male on male crimes. I've seen that argument way to much lately regarding rape. Like male victims isn't a problem because "who is raping them... other men! Men are the issue"

I like how everyone and their mother goes on how it's an attack on women because they hate women and it's all because womenhate. I would argue a ban on abortion is about your beliefs on when there is life, and when it is ok to terminate said life. The argument isn't if/how much we hate women. I fakkin løv whamen, and i am a bit of a centrist, but the deffinitions on fetus to kid, and the time surrounding it and the ethical part is something that should ALLWAYS be a discussion.

Holy shiet. I predicted way back during my own case of false alligations that the unreported numbers of false rape alligations would be way bigger due to the nature of it. The "between us" talks... and that this would bleed over into reported cases... BUT 50+ %!?!

And i get you now wanna be difficult, and blindly ignore any option to serve your narative. Proof of sexual intercourse happening is a thing, proof of violent or forceful penetration can deffinetly be a thing. I would know, after having one performed on me. Well, mathematically 4008 isn't 10% of the estimated 100k + reported cases. And a "max" on stats will only lead to speculations, not data. Rape kits, reporting before evidence disapears, maybe get in contact with witnesses and (if in public) contact local establishments that might have cctv or similar. You could always try to report something years later when all evidence is gone, but that wont bring any case to trial.... if my own ex is to go by, i raped her (even tho i didn't, which i have pro…

Bad faith argument: assuming my attempt to see your sources is bs cuz i "don't care about sources". It makes you a very cynical person trying to argue your case without hearing others. And you base your math on a study with 4008 women, aka a VERY small sample size. The 34 pragnencies messured doesn't have following evidence of it being rape, BUT EVEN IF: we got no evidence it is a national case on that scale. Also this isn't the study you think. "The national rape-related pregnancy rate is 5.0% …

Hiya. Just gonna let you know that I, a man, who had been firm on not having children since the age of 7, was denied a vasectomy by my doctor at the age og 25 because of my age. The notion that every person needs kids is madness, is NOT gender spesific

Flip it. Imagen telling your girlfriend she should do surgery to remove the chances of becoming preggers. The longer after she goes into surgery, the less chance a reversal stand. (Remember, AT BEST vasectomie reversals are close to 90-95% likely to succeed. The chances drop to 40-50 after a few years) Wear a condom. Ask if she would consider some semi permanent birth controll. IF she never wants kids and thats why she asks you for a vasectomy, ask why she wouldnt want a surgery for herself. It …

I too was bitter. after the relationship i was in after the alligations went to pieces (for many factors, like me being a POS with anxiety and her inability to stop fucking other dudes), i spent 3 years bitter and blaming women... it isn't really a healthy mindset, not helping anybody grow. Yes in my first relationship (i was being a dick tho. Daring to show emotions and all) In my third, then with about 7 years of martial arts training and she being quite stupid, she attempted. Fun fact: resisting against a twisted arm to try and punch someone with the other, behind you will only ensure pain.

Let's remove the word patriarchy for a sec: In our society, we can pretty much agree that SOME HUMANS JUST SUCK. Some would argue most, some just a few. I'd argue partner violence (or violence itself) is never ok besides self deffence or to deffend those you care for. And one side is atm heavily attacked by said society (members in it). This can be due to multiple factors, but studies indicates partner violence isn't an exclusive side issue. We also know that the villianised side is reluctant to…

In my own experience, working in healthcare and in person: You are as a man heavily encouraged to show emotions. Sometimes a friendly male worker makes the elderly more at ease, sometimes an authoritary tone will make the hostile and combative patient calm down, and the laughter two can have is uniquly beautiful. But on the other side of that coin, negative emotions are very often missinterpreted. Anger is irrationality and violent, not a form of strength or used to fight for those who might nee…
