Highly dependent on the individual. She may be perfectly happy and fulfilled, or she may be miserable and feel that she has missed the train. To suggest that she must be miserable is just red pill delusion. Red pill is just largely non-select men being bitter and wishing the same emotional suffering on women that we have experienced ourselves. Loneliness, depression, a complete lack of fulfilment.

Personally, I believe it is because women are inherently valuable in the eyes of society whereas men either need to earn their value or the very unfortunate (Unattractive, low IQ, low status) need to accept their position at the bottom of the hierarchy. I think it's far better that you phrased it this way rather than some generic line like 'go and try new things'. Actually, I think there is some profound wisdom here. How can a new activity catch my eye if I am just rotting at work, in my room, on public transport or in a bar. Since reading this comment when you posted it, it is actually something I have been heavily considering. Today I spent the entire day by myself, I put down the video games and kept myself occupied with arbitrary but productive tasks and working out. I felt a weird sense of peace that I have not felt for months at this point. Thanks for your insight man.

It seems that sometimes we just need somebody to state the obvious for it to really register. I have suspected that my sleeping habits are likely doing me no good, on weekends I usually sleep around 4-5am and wake up in the middle of the afternoon. Thank you man. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I already lift weights and have for ~2 years. I find it to be beneficial mentally. I don't do cardio currently as I have low body fat as is, would you say that it has a more positive effect on your mental state than resistance training? I like your suggestion to travel as it's something that I have done virtually none of. I am going to start with mini-local trips as you have suggested.

A question to the older guys - I am a young professional who only began my career relatively recently. Everyone else in my department is my senior by at-least 20 years. It seems that there are different standards for the women (I am the only man). If I am to make a mistake I am accountable for it, yet mistakes made by the women are brushed over entirely or excused (she is relatively new to the company, etc).
