True. The US is totalitarian.

What she deserves is a good, hard uppercut. You probably should leave her. But next time it happens, call the police and send her ass to jail and let her hang out there for a few days.

The most recent data I’ve collected (I wrote a college paper on it recently) showed that rates of cheating among men were generally stationary, but rates of cheating among women were rising and are virtually the same now as male rates. I imagine that’s a hard thing to gather data on but that’s what I found in the 8 sources I used.

It’s understandable to be irritated about being stood up or cancelled on last minute. But that’s where it ends. If you think someone owes you money or should pay you for your time, then you’ve got problems.

“Oi! You goh’ a LOISENCE for da’ COMPENSOITION?” Fucking government shit. Should be able to sue for half the GDP for that. I’d want the name of the individual who told him he consented.

Social change occurs through institutions, I understand how it happens. What I said is that society still sees men as dangerous and women as poor victims. That is still true.

I was drugged and assaulted by two older women when I was 20. They sucked me and got on top and rode me. I was hard of course, because that’s involuntary. When I tell people that, I generally get the same reaction, they’re sorry it happened and they call it rape or assault or whatever, says they should be in jail, all that. If I asked 100,000 people I think almost all of them would agree. If I asked 100,000,000 people in America, I think over 90% would agree. But in America, I had little recours…

It’s easy to convince individuals and small groups of people that women can sexually assault men, and that it’s a problem, and that it needs to be solved. It’s nearly impossible to convince society though, and even harder to change things in the legal system to fix the problem. Judges and juries still see every woman as a victim and every man as a victimizer.

Of course there is a lack of urgency. They’ve been building and fostering a climate that encourages and cultivates male depression and disillusionment. Can’t be surprised that they’re suddenly going to decide to pull a 180.

Exactly. If suicide rates were higher among women, it would be a national tragedy and there would be hundreds of millions spent on fixing it. If more women than men were homeless then there would be ten times more homeless shelters than there are now. These are issues society does not care about because they affect many more men than women.
/r/MensRights02/10/22 04:38 AM

Of course not. We aren’t trying to put them down. But the struggle is not equal. All of men’s advantages come with a price we pay. Women have plenty of advantages they get for just having a vagina. That can not be denied. There is no significant active effort in the US to put women down. There absolutely is a huge movement that seeks to do damage to men.
/r/MensRights02/10/22 04:33 AM

I think it’s not “people” who fail to understand this. Sure, there are some men out there who might not acknowledge that women struggle, but that’s not a major problem. The major problem is specifically that the majority of women really don’t notice or give a damn about anything men have to deal with. Even the women who do on the surface actually don’t understand it or care on a deeper level.

The reason that it’s turned into a competition is because the competition is rigged for them to win it. No wonder they always want to play that game.

In that case, almost no men would be able to take the week off. Almost none. It would make no difference. No hospital staff. No emergency responders. No military. No one who works on the electrical grid. No one who works in public safety. No one who works in roads. No one who manages money on a daily basis. List goes on. It’s either everyone, or no one.
/r/MensRights01/10/22 11:43 AM

If emergency services don’t strike it won’t send the message. Women can handle all of the emergency services, can’t they? Can’t they? Aren’t they strong enough to handle that for a week?

I don’t need to go MGTOW if MGTOW really is just men saying fuck it to the system. But I do think the system is shit and men should be encouraged to either disconnect from it. I wish we could just have all men in the US take a week off and stay home all at once.
/r/MensRights01/10/22 09:42 AM
2

That’s the message I’ve been given but I never saw it that way. I didn’t think MGTOW literally meant leaving a geographic area and going somewhere else and being alone and without a significant other and not having kids. I’m sure for some that’s what they do. But I think MGTOW doesn’t have to mean “doesn’t have a family or a home”.
/r/MensRights01/10/22 06:47 AM

So being married is basically anathema to the MGTOW creed, even if the marriage is traditional and happy, where the man is the leader of his family?

Is there a way for a happily married man with three young daughters to go “MGTOW” or at least support the movement? Or maybe go MGTOW-lite? My wife is not a feminist and while she does make decisions in our home and family, she always consults with me and if I ask her to, she acquiesces to my wishes. I’m not trying to go off on my own or anything. Just looking for a way to be the next best thing next to a MGTOW since I have a great wife and three good daughters.

The importance placed on them in the studies is that what has always been qualitative studies, and usually phenomenological studies specifically, is now turned into quantitative studies. Now we can easier do quantitative studies on relationships. It’s estimated now that over half of current relationships among people under 35 and less than 3 years long were started online. People are definitely missing chances by limiting themselves to online only, but they’re not missing nearly as many as they …

Dating apps have been studied and it does appear that 80% of women target only the top 10% of men, leaving the rest of men with little to no options. No, I’m not going searching through Pubmed for sources. I owe citations to my professors I’m turning papers into. I don’t owe them to Reddit.

We have no effective or notable true right wing (small government) outlets in the US. All of them want to see bigger government, they just disagree about who is going to run it. That’s what I meant.

Yeah. Tried telling her a lot of things. She’s agrees and says she will fix it and then the next day forgets all about it. I’m at the very bottom of her priority list and I’m well aware of it.

When people don’t find value in what you’re doing, you function alone. If my wife sees not enough value in what I’m doing to give me some encouragement, then I’m doing it alone for everyone else’s benefit. I’m not interested in that.

We’ve had so many discussions about that now I’m afraid to anymore. It’s like she has amnesia because the discussion fixes shit for about 48 hours and then it goes right back to it. It’s so strange. Discussions don’t seem to work. It’s not a priority for her. She’s more than happy to take what I’m giving and when I stop giving and give her the cold shoulder, suddenly she’s trying to fix it. So I know she wants the attention, she’s just not willing to give it.

She’s really not much like my mom. My mom was pretty good overall, but she’s a typical boomer woman, basically “happy wife, happy life”, or “if momma isn’t happy then no one is happy”. As a kid I was well taken care of and well raised even for whatever minor mistakes my mom made. But my wife isn’t really that similar to my mom overall. My mom wouldn’t have been, and still is not, open to the possibility that she is not always right. My wife however, is very willing to admit fault, even sometimes…

Thing is, my wife loves me and I know she does, but even she has said that she is much more likely to think pleasant things about me and be impressed with me, but ends up not saying anything to me about it. She’s said before that sometimes she’s downstairs doing whatever while I’m asleep (I work nights) and she will start thinking about something I did and get turned on briefly, but never ends up mentioning it to me at all. I’ve told her that occasionally hearing that would make me feel good and…

I have no male friends. And I don’t receive compliments from anyone. I actually got told recently by my boss that a female coworker told her that I did a good job treating a stroke patient we had in the ER. I think that’s the first positive thing anyone has said to me this year. You’re right about the bar being raised when you climb to reach it. You say I’ve led a kick-ass life but it feels very incomplete and mediocre to me. Maybe that’s why.

MSNBC and Fox both want the same giant, powerful, big daddy federal government to control everything that happens. They just disagree about who should run it. When republicans or democrats run the show, we have the same fucking wars, the same immigration problems, the same poverty, the same debt, the same economic ups and downs (yet the R’s and D’s both stay rich…), the same problems in schools, the same poor healthcare, the same loss of dollar value, etc. And the people don’t give a damn. Lol, do they even exist anymore? I live in the most deep red area of Florida among a bunch of boomer farmers who still think Q is going to save the country and they don’t even know what OAN and Newsmax are. Please tell me you all are aware that 99% of the effective media, entertainment and academia institutions in the US are controlled by the left? Not sure, but I’d be willing to bet my entire bank account that they’re less likely to get caught and less likely to get punished if they are caught, and less likely to receive the big punishment. Also, male victims will be treated way different from female victims, especially if they’re in high school or older. Male victims also have far fewer places to seek shelter from abuse.

Most men aren’t doing that. The term makes it sound like that behavior is natural to men. I have been treated badly by people in life, we all have. Most people who mistreated me are women. I had a group of coworkers tell me just the other day that because I’m a dad, I can’t encourage anyone to continue their college education. They said it’s easy for me because I’m “just a dad” and it’s harder for a mom. I was also told later that because I’m the only man in the building I double as the “securit…

Anytime I hear the catchphrase “toxic masculinity” I roll my eyes. It’s usually used as a term by people who are attempting to stop men from doing what they need or want to do and make them subservient to the feminazi mob.

Most people don’t like hearing those stories unless I tell them it was men doing all those things. Then they’re fine with it. They get visibly annoyed when I end it with “oh sorry, actually those stories were all women.”

Victim blaming has a very loose definition now. I once told someone that if she goes to a frat party where she is the only female, gets hammered nearly to the point of passing out, goes upstairs to take a nap, and then gets raped… Basically I just told her she should t do those things. I was accused of victim blaming. I simply was telling her that she needed to take certain actions to protect herself.

I think it’s a myth, caused by people conflating reality with what they see in comment sections of news articles, or boomers believing everything they see on Fakebook is representative of the national hivemind.

Major discipline problems. We had females sneaking off post to hook up with guys during field training exercises in Texas and Georgia. We had multiple junior enlisted females getting warrant officers in major trouble because those married WOs refused to get with them. That was in Korea. We had females smuggling inert grenades (with blasting caps) into their barracks in AIT. Almost every female in basic training had smuggled cell phones in with them and kept getting caught. Had a female jump from…

Thing is, he probably doesn’t act like that. That’s just her perception. I wouldn’t assume that someone who can’t control themselves from behaving like that has an accurate perception about what’s actually going on. A guy who treats his wife like that is not going to react the way he did to his mouthy teenager. He reacted like a guy who was genuinely hurt by his kid who has no idea how hard he works to give her a good life. Little bitch, is what she sounds like.

The reason for men fighting with each other online has nothing to do with testosterone. If it did, you could put those dudes in front of each other and they’d still have issues. My bet is that they’d more likely become friendly and chill. What you see online is not real. It gets faker by the day. Won’t be long at all and you won’t even be seeing real people anymore. It’ll be deepfakes, and then shortly after it’ll be deepfakes produced by AI from companies doing it to get clicks.

No, the soldiers on the ground do not have anything whatsoever to do with, or any effect on, peace deals brokered by big wigs. That’s what I’m talking about. But yes, female rulers are equally as likely to conduct war.
