I have never seen sex as transactional and it has never been transactional for me. I meet a girl, we flirt, if we're both into each other we have sex. My current girlfriend doesn't fuck me for food or emotional support, she fucks me because we both get tingly down there. The transactional view is placing a ridiculous filter on all women. RIDICULOUS

Hmm I feel like I'd never be able to notice those little things, or if I did I'd start second guessing myself. Shit now I know I'm gonna be over noticing things now

I think this has application outside of seduction tbh. If you just make boring interview style small talk where all you do is ask questions, you will seem like a boring person. Show some thought and wit. Let people know you actually take in data and output something. connect the statement to your life, or tell them how it doesn't relate to your life, but by god tell them something

Aw come on. This isn't the kind of mindset we want to breed here.

We're living in the golden age of self awareness

But fun plus smart is a deadly combination. Being able to banter on any topic your SO brings up requires intelligence. Being smart doesn't make you fun, but it improves it if you got it

How is this guy being downvoted. This is absurd and simplified, and a really good example of why the dude two posts above needs this sub

Seasoned stoner her. Can confirm when you get high enough, reality starts to not feel so real.

Interesting read. Will incorporate some of this when I have more time to look into it

Op, I feel you. Girl o. A dating app was a 8/10 near model looking girl. We talked about sex and got each other worked up. When I showed up she was a hundred pounds heavier. Decided to go through with it cause hey, why not. This girl lived in a hoarder house. Blah. Two rounds of sad clothes on sex. Shit happens. You'll get over it

I have the same problem... but then I rapidly realize she's not as perfect as I imagined and I end up disappointed... anyone else with that problem?

This girl is openly being disrespectful to your relationship. You don't need to rewrite your personality, you need to lose this girl.

Adderall is good. Somedays it can make you feel a little 'methed out' for lack of a better term. But yeah ritalin is garbage in comparison. As for conversations for me the problem has never been too many thoughts, but rather I only focus on ones that interest me. So while someone's talking to me, if the conversation at any point becomes remotely dull, I might go off and start thinking of something I find interesting. And then all of a sudden I realize this person has been talking for the past 20…

As a smart person with ADD it always really confused me. I knew that if I sat down and wrote out my thoughts I could be clear and coherent, but make me talk to a person and I will be constantly saying shit out of context that made no sense til I backtracked and explained myself. Now thanks to adderall I feel like I'm actually a good speaker

Do a hobby that you like. The kind of girls you look for should be ones that share your hobby. I can build a computer from scratch. That won't impress the typical sorority girl, but a fellow nerd will appreciate the skill.

Eh, different preferences I suppose. I gain some movement when it's above my elbow, but if I really need the extra movement, I just push the sleeves up. For me though it's definitely more comfortable to have it just under the elbow

Disagree. As soon as it crosses the elbow line, it looks and feels uncomfortable. Just below it with a clean roll looks fantastic though.

Dude, you're 22 and own two companies. Most people you meet are going to be barely getting their career started. If they act like youre too young, you have plenty of ammunition to shoot them down

Try the smile that works for you. An open mouth smile looks horrifying on me, but I can pull off a kind of cheeky smirky smile wobderfully

As loud and obnoxiously testosterone pumped as this guy sounds, he's not wrong. You 're already flirty with her. Just keep that up and escalate. You can't really escalate tactfully in a movie theatre though, especially if you're new to this. Please try to come up with a cooler, more intimate date. One where you can play some grab ass and have fun

I haven't watched it yet. But tag for sure. Some friends of mine who speak up in a group setting just lose everyone's interest after a few seconds and we find a new topic to focus on. When I or some other friends speak, everyone listens intently regardless of how boring what we're saying might be. Can't wait to see the potential cause

Well that's kind of the no duh part. But interests are very heavily influenced by lifestyle, and interests and lifestyle play huge roles in connecting and attractiveness. And interests shift with geography.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
