College student here. Programming since 14. I can do practical work better than my straight A peers. I got contract gigs to help through college. College is a waste of time for programming. If you do go to college, find something that'll let you focus on your social life and women.

The "I don't know how" is a lie you've begun to believe. It always takes the first step to walk. Don't put yourself down if you're not doing I fast enough. Soon you'll be running.

How do you set up hangouts/dates then if you only ever wait for them to ask? How do you get them to ask?

Are there mind practices to come off this playful about shit tests? My jaw drops at how clever these off-handed responses are and they actually work.

You can use seduction methods on your girl and keep that fire alive. There's nothing wrong with practicing on other girls as long as no cheating happens.

What about his point that you can make new connections through them?

I think he means he will keep some in contact as a test pool and see if there are benefits.

Much better written than my post on getting out of the numbers game mentality as an analytical extraverted introvert myself. Great post!

Goofballs can be fun to be with but only if they practice tact. If they're loose about trying to be funny too much it looks like they're trying too hard and it makes things discomforting for both parties. If someone has to think they're funny, then they're probably not.

Great advice and I completely agree! All throughout my highschool and college years I WAS the funny guy and that got me nowhere with women in my life. As soon as I stopped the jokes and let other people be funny I didn't stand out so much. It was as if being funny was intimidating for girls.

Seddit didn't teach me that. It was in real life that my friends or other guys I knew made a big deal about it. I thought they were right and I was missing something.

Can you help me pin point in the post what sounds condemning? I'd like my post to be beneficial and positive.

One that aims to raise your confidence and make YOU a better person overall, not purely for the sole reason of picking up women. It really can change your life and has made me a much better person and has helped me endlessly in my career. A nice little side effect was meeting and dating some extremely cool people. Yes!! This I agree with!! I started with a piss-poor approach and now I realized how this affected me and how overcoming that hurdle has actually benefited me as a person and viewing s…

Ok, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for a second. There's a lot of shaming language in your post. Talking about guys "being fake", using "tricks", etc. Seems to imply that learning pickup is for shallow, manipulative losers. I didn't imply that at all just that I have seen men (and women) be fake to get what they want. I didn't use those words. It's one thing to recognize your own realizations about yourself, but the way this is worded it sounds like you're either being preachy projecting…

"hate to break it to you buddy but you are fooling yourself." This is the message I want to convey from what I learned. I may be taking this the wrong way, but perhaps you suggest I needed to learn this from what you read? "Get in shape, get a job, make friends, and meet girls. Thats it." Yes

If you can help me structure the post better that would be helpful. I was really excited to be open with my own personal success story in this topic and how everyone can do it too.

So much this. I've dated women older than me but my current gf is 19 and way more mature than most girls and guys I know in their late 20s.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
