1	Cafcass Parenting Plan, advice from anyone who has done one of these before? Did you ask for Supervised contact at a centre? This would be reasonable given her allegations and allow you contact in the meantime while going through the court system. 1	Cafcass Parenting Plan, advice from anyone who has done one of these before? Do both. Make a proposal then upload it online for your wife to see and make amendments to. If you're a good dad then you shouldn't worry, if your children want to spend time with you then they will and the court will put a CAO which reflects this.
