Did you ask for Supervised contact at a centre? This would be reasonable given her allegations and allow you contact in the meantime while going through the court system. I'm not saying I believe the allegations, it's just from the court point of view.

What throws me as an argument is that I must learn to regulate my emotions and control my response. Do both. Make a proposal then upload it online for your wife to see and make amendments to. If you're a good dad then you shouldn't worry, if your children want to spend time with you then they will and the court will put a CAO which reflects this. Also it can always be amended at a later date.
