To get a formal charge for underage drinking/cannabis use here you'd probably have to repeatedly get caught/break the conditions of something like an ASBO (if they're still a thing). To receive a conviction for weed you'd need to be dealing or in the possession of large amounts. What the OP is saying is true but I think everybody's taking it out of context. 1	Even when I file for financial aid. I hope you're joking you can't compare WW1 or WW2 to wars such as Iraq or Afghan. Its impossible to "win" wars like these as insurgents will always be there there is no government or opposing force to totally defeat. Vietnam wasn't that long ago and is eerily similar to Iraq/Afghanistan, while I agree the draft will probably never be used again I think its extremely short sighted to say it won't ever.
