I'm sorry because this is a great writeup, but this is simply too much. Like I can't fucking do all this shit lmfao. I would have 3-4 nights every month where I could not sleep. Period, no sleep at all. I improved my sleep hygiene a LOT to the point that I got it down to 1 night a month. That one night a month... I just take a trazadone now and the dilemma is resolved.

Gyms having a women only section is so impractical. Having a women only section AND a men only section is ABSURDLY impractical. Like, okay, we need to have a smith machine that half the gym can't use. And another smith machine that half the gym can't use. It's like the most inefficient way to set up a gym.

Being a landlord isn't so bad provided you live in the place you're renting out (as he is). Like, sacrificing your saturday to wait for a repairman to show up isn't the end of the world if you can game/watch netflix in your home while you do it. But yes. It's stressful from what I've seen, unless you luck out and get good tenants.
