I took that from it too, and I think its a good book for that reason. I do feel that there are other books that convey that better however, and that its easy to take away the wrong lessons from The Game. The game is so centrally focused around women that that's all you can get out of it instead of improving yourself as a person and being able to pull in women in the process

It doesn't, in person I would definitely use "She was a 7", but here its used as a subject. So you would say "HB7 left the bar with me" whereas you couldn't say "7 left the bar with me" if that makes any sense. Some people also do other adjectives after the HB like HB Indian or HB Red socks.

I'm currently in the process and I find it a lot easier to eat over a longer period of time. I can eat a 1/2 pound burger but it will take me twice as long as it would take someone else, and I'll be hungry within the hour, so it's a lot easier to fit in more calories with smaller meals spread out throughout the day, so long as they're filling enough.
