1	Advise me please, I really need direction. every day in the last three years I was trying to abstain from porn and masturbation, the most problematic is porn, unfortunately I cannot stop more than 1-3 days, sometimes I have an exam the next day, and here am I fapping (fuck I hate that word), per example exam is at 9 AM probably you will find me fapping (Porn & Masturbation) at 3 AM. any other answer or explantation ?	/r/askTRP	21/08/17 03:19 PM
