So is that a no? I think both men and women are both unable to consent when they are incapacitated. Of course that's where some disputes are, whether the victim was really incapacitated or not. I don't think there have been any cases where it was ruled a rape if the girl consented and her judgement was not impaired and it wasn't coersion as you claim. I ask you again, can you name a single court case in which this happened? Since according to you, it's fairly common.

Same as perjury. The standard of proof is still the same, beyond a reasonable doubt, it takes more than an acquittal of the accused to charge someone of false accusation. Human memory is ridiculously bad, and there usually won't be a conviction unless they admit to it.

There're only 26 black applicants with MCAT Scores of 39-45, out of which 23 were accepted (88.5%). It's not statistically significant enough to reach a conclusion. Think about it this way, a single person would change the acceptance rate by about 4%, whereas the difference in acceptance rates is only .2% (1150/1297=88.7% for whites).

You completely misunderstood simpson's paradox. For each GPA+MCAT square in the matrix, Asians have the lowest acceptance rate. You are averaging out an entire row and stating Asians are not discriminated against because they have a higher acceptance rate for 3.8-4.0 range. Yes, this data is compiled from that data. If you're looking at the GPA's without MCAT scores, you run into Simpson's Paradox. You can see from the data that white students with high GPA's but low MCATs are many times more likely to apply, which skews the admittance ratios when taking GPA's just by itself. Which is why taking them together, as per the chart I gave you, is much more accurate.

That depends entirely on your definition of "exploring sexuality". There are things that are appropriate to do in public and things that are not. I agree. I think we are approaching this the wrong way. Instead of complaining about girls expecting help in a public location with patrons as she's getting ganged up on by assholes, we should be promoting public awareness so that both men and women can get help.
