Act like you know her (same face you have when you recognize a buddy in a crowd) and if she reciprocates (and only if), walk into her path so she comes to a halt, proceed to casually say "hey" (same voice you would with a buddy). If you're feeling brave lightly touch her arm to bring her aside so as to take other pedestrians into consideration.
