You know, I honestly think if it was "meaningless", then normal people wouldn't have felt so much disgust about it and we'd all live happily together. When you say "wouldn't have felt", are you referring to some specific period in time? Because these days the majority of "normal" people think homosexuality should be accepted by society, and the countries where this is not the case are heavily religious, indicating that feeling disgusted by homosexuality is not really innate to the human nature, …

They wont be happy as long as people pretend to go along with it. what they need is serious counseling and stuff like that to learn to deal with who they are. "Serious counseling and stuff like that" is pretty much what they try at first, but often it's not effective and conversion therapies have been shown to do more harm than good. Hormone treatments and/or SRS are not a perfect answer either, but in many cases they seem to be the best we've got until our understanding of the brain and gender …

As disgusting and wrong as it is, I shouldn't care. And I didn't. Your stance of "I'm ok with X, as long as I don't have to ever see, hear or be in contact with X" is not exactly the same thing as "not caring". I can somewhat understand your point regarding LGBT overexposure in the media and entertainment, but it doesn't really sound like the root cause of your issues. And banning me, insulting me, trying to ruin my life for my views (not my per se, but there are enough cases of people getting f…

Anything abnormal is going to be the first thing guys notice, and therefore the first thing they think to comment on. I think he was referring to things that aren't actually abnormal, but mentioning them is abnormal. Something like "you have the cutest nostrils".

I don't know man, sounds risky... What if they bring the game with them? Then you're stuck playing Scrabble.

|Inexpensive Depends really on where you live. Around here bowling (with the weird glowing lighting, don't know what it's called in English) on a Saturday night will set you back about 39 euros/track/hour + 2 euros/shoes/person, so that's a total of 43 euros (55 yankee bucks) for an hour of bowling. And that's on one of the cheapest alleys. One of the reasons I usually just do coffee :)

Foreigner here. I can confirm this - we don't do sarcasm. No sirree, not even a little bit. The US really is the only nation ever to have used such a unique and exclusive literary device.

Erm, nice job, but what "PUA techniques" are you referring to exactly? Seems like pretty regular banter to me :)

I guess that depends on where you live. Living with your parents at 22 is definitely not very common in my country. Though I agree it's still no reason to try and invite them back.

So how was a "random girl" in your friends list to begin with?

Wait, it wasn't Lee Harvey Oswald?

Wtf? That's terrible advice. Just fucking call her number and hope she answers the phone with her name. If she doesn't, just ask her out (you don't need her name to do this) and then you can try and figure out her name later. Or if you insist on going the texting route, you could try a reverse number lookup service (very useful in my country at least).

Huh... I always thought it was just a regular dry cider like Crowmoor or Strongbow :) I know one local place which serves Mojitos spiced up with chili. And not just ones with a bit of chili flavour added, but the "Holy fuck, my mouth is on fire!" kind :) Would probably work well here.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
