How better are you than your father? Behind all the progress, decision making and TRPing you make.My father is thr hardest working.man I have ever known. Came to the West at age 18, didnt speak the language. Started blue collar, finished high school age 22 and did many resets in his career and worked up to earn an amazing net worth. He had no support and no family. He married in his 40s to a woman 15 yrs younger (mum) and has a good family. He has his shit figured out and tells me to do the same. A highly moral man that still works in his late 60s and just naturally red pilled. Iron clad fra… | /r/askTRP | 30/12/18 11:03 PM
July 21 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadGood Did two out of three workouts of Stronglifts this week despite intense heat and no AC in the gym. Went out with a girl from school that I haven't seen in over 2 years. Went on holiday in the countryside with my father and away from the big city. Continued with driving school. Meditated 3 times a week Cut my time playing video games Bad Missed third workout due to weekend holiday My diet has been shite for the past 3 days due to the holiday. I maintained frame with the aforementioned girl an… | /r/TheRedPill | 22/07/17 09:09 PM

When short is too short?Anything less than 6 feet is too short. By that I mean fuck height and stop making too big a deal out of it. You are not 5'2. Wear shoes that are have some higher padding on your heels or something. | /r/askTRP | 01/05/17 08:45 PM
Hormones and Jawline/Bone StructureWhy? There is no link in better jawline and bone structure with hormones unless you do facial surgery where they cut through your mandible and pull it outwards. Also you were 17 when you started. Puberty doesn't end in men until age 24 for some. Getting hormones involved in your development may have not been the best idea (unless your doctor told you to do so). Just a med student's two cents. | /r/askTRP | 01/05/17 08:43 PM
Grew up without a father figure. I finally feel like I'm progressing towards manhood, thanks to TheRedPill, and the regular posters here. This 100%. Mothers are good in early years and supporting you in your later years. Fathers are there to establish discipline in the early years, and in later years they help you through the toughest of shit that life throws at you. | /r/TheRedPill | 01/05/17 08:12 PM
angry, bitter, disappointed, stupidStop being a pussy. Whining is for the weak. Get a schedule going. Just sit down, in a cafe or something, and write stuff down that you want to get done. Then create a time table. Write every single mundane thing you need to do: when to wake up, when to brush teeth, when to shower, when to eat, etc... just to get some order in your life. Second, stop jerking it. Feel the urge? Go run around, go to the gym. You seem rather angry, go boxing, or cycling, or swimming. Third, meditate. Whenever you h… | /r/askTRP | 30/04/17 05:09 PM
Plate trying to make me jealous. What to do?a) You shouldn't be plating someone you see too regularly. But we are past that. b) You shouldn't have had eye contact, but w/e. c) Ignore and move on. Be polite and all, but keep interactions to a minimum. Don't go into a situation deliberately where she is involved. Just ignore and move on. Find yourself a girl at a party. | /r/askTRP | 30/04/17 04:56 PM
Anyone see an unhealthy development of women now a days? Most women are self entitled, spoiled, and useless. Change my mind.On point, but I disagree with the stay at home mothers. Many do it incorrectly and waste the money the man makes. A good stay at home mother makes the house feel like a home, and supports you all the way to create a good environment. It is a tough thing to do and I feel it doesn't have much respect in this sort of community. I guess it is a cultural thing, since I come from Eastern Europe, where women at home are sort of glorified like they were in the 1950s and 60s in the US. Unfortunately, due… | /r/TheRedPill | 30/04/17 11:42 AM

I'm a terrible conversationalistThere are two ways of looking at being a good conversationalist. If you are a person that likes to blabber and talk a lot - a debater - then you need to tone it the fuck down and learn to be quiet. By this I mean, learn that saying less is often times better than saying anything at all. On the other hand, if you are a person that is socially timid and doesn't have much to talk about, then you need to become more comfortable with talking and developing a linguistic style. From what you are saying… | /r/askTRP | 29/04/17 08:17 PM
What sports to do with a weak back? There is a divided opinion on cycling. Some studies show that it is worse for your back and can promote haemorrhoids, whilst other studies say it is a good for cardiovascular endurance. In the case of a weak back though, you want resistance training to strengthen that. Since you have limited resistance training capabilities, I would stick with physio and incorporate swimming and then see how you get on after that. Doing stretches and regularly sticking to the physio exercises should be your "wor… | /r/askTRP | 27/04/17 09:59 PM
My aunt just died, very young. I'm an emotionally calloused/stunted dude, so I'm not really used to comforting people/family/feeling emotion heavily. How should I support/be there for my cousins/fam besides listening and letting them know they can count on me?Yeah man, just be there for them. I am sorry for your loss, but you seem to be handling it in the right way. The emotional distance you might be feeling is likely due to the sudden unexpected nature of the death, and you as a rational man are trying to figure a way to fix this. | /r/askTRP | 26/04/17 09:43 PM

What sports to do with a weak back?I would definitely recommend you do swimming. Not a doctor, but a med student, and people with back aches should definitely be doing some sport. Swimming is a full body sport that doesn't strain the back the same way as lifting does. Follow your physiotherapist, stick to all the exercises they tell you to do and do them diligently. Ask them how to integrate it with swimming and then move from there. Best of luck | /r/askTRP | 26/04/17 09:29 PM
