The issue is not whether women will date autistic men. There are plenty of asd men out there with stable jobs, diverse interests, a set up life. Women def do date well-adjusted autistic men, even if their social skills suck at times. The problem is if a person with serious asd will be able to even realise a woman wants to date them, or in general how they will communicate and behave during dates and the relationship. So essentially, the question is whether asd people can hold down a relationship…
