So a 50 year old can still go out and pick up? Dont' you think he affects his chances of finding a life partner after while?

I would be happy with picking up sometimes, but the worry is the impression that one is weird and creepy for being out at nightclubs or picking up into his 30s. I read recently that like 60% of people are married at this age, and there is pressure from society and family to find a life partner.

Sure I have, but there's always some socially acceptable context to it. Friends of friends, business, etc. I've never approached some random person and tried to force a relationship. I'd like to be able to, but how on Earth do you surmout that 'guilty till proven innocent' mentality which would naturally arise in the situation?

I'll respond to the rest of your post a bit later, but this is to address the notion that I've made a non-sequitur. I don't believe I have. The inference is this: 1) Being a virgin or struggling to get laid is entirely understandable (as your post actually demonstrates) as it is believable that a guy can be really good looking, fit and muscular, affable etc and just have a unusually long string of bad luck, or may not just approach all that often for reasons. 2)Hence, being a virgin or strugglin…
