You'd be an idiot not to understand what that says about impulses and the necessity of law. People have empathy but empathy doesn't go a long way when people are pushed to the extreme and resources are scarce, this includes sexual feelings. Society falls into chaos when peopleìs basic needs are not met. It's very hard to imagine a real-life scenario that doesn't have consequences and risks when it comes to committing rape but your scenario does a good job with that. I think most men would contemplate rape in the scenario you described, many many would actually commit that at some point.
