I wouldn't mind the law if it was contingent on the guy not having to support the kid if he didn't want to. I was just about to say this very thing. There's a clear common sense solution to this. This is not a woman desperate for a few more $$$ in child support, this is a now infertile woman whose only chance to have biological children happens to be fertilized with her husband at the time's sperm.

I'm sure the official reason will be some variant of women take longer in the toilets so need an extra one more than men do. But OP said there's no urinal so they're just going to clog up both toilets.

I didn't say children, I said kids. As in offspring. We're talking specifically about grown ups here.

As bad as it sounds the dads are usually better off without the weak willed kids.

That's because they don't understand mental and emotional abuse. If you think the only way to abuse someone is to be bigger and stronger than them, you're 100% wrong. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7TYr4PFQGk

There should've been a comma after "Jesus". You are clearly incapable of communicating in English because of one mistake and as such your comment is void.

If this is the case I'm thinking of where the father lost visitation rights because he denied the child's illness, it's most definitely a pussy pass. I noticed the article only says it "affected" the father's relationship with the child.

What seals the deal is the fact that now the company itself would be liable for damages in a sexual misconduct lawsuit, had this been a real story. Whereas if they have two different hotel rooms, it's not on the company. EVERY company will think about this.

She has made it routine to go around outside naked for 3 days in a row. Sounds mentally ill to me. Can you link me to the evidence you've seen of her saying she's doing this for an activist cause? Thanks.

So is there any evidence this has anything to do with feminism? Or is this just a video of a mentally ill woman being severely damaged with a fake title to get our peepee's hard?

It kind of chaps my ass that the powerful aren't concerned about doing justice until injustice knocks on their door, but better late than never, I suppose. That's a bit unfair. Most people are not even aware of things like paternity fraud until they come into contact with it. Most people I talk to think that child support would instantly end if you proved you're not the father. That's how so many people get trapped in these predicaments, they just don't know about them until they're in them.

Haha I was literally about to make the same comment. I was shocked the first time I saw a hot girl literally become ugly when she took her make up off. And I mean she looked smoking hot. Make up is seriously magic.

/r/PussyPassDenied18/04/19 03:35 PM

Not necessarily. They may still cut off child support if you immediately "abandon" the child and declare your intention to continue that in the court room. You just have to have found out recently (to abandoning the child), after the child was 2.
/r/MGTOW16/04/19 10:55 PM
22

The problem is sometimes you just have a suspicion or have just heard rumors etc and don't want to risk ruining your relationship over what may be unfounded. The idea that you can just ask your girl to agree to a paternity test without any resulting drama is make believe.
/r/MGTOW16/04/19 10:53 PM
5

No, it isn't illegal in the UK, as long as you have parental rights over the child. Basically the child cannot consent for its own blood to be used so a parent or guardian needs to consent on behalf of the child. If you are the legally recognised father of the child, you can give consent on behalf of the child (and obviously yourself). So if a girl just came up to you randomly and said you're the child's father, you wouldn't be able to get a DNA test without her consent.

They're not going to rule with the presupposition that you're going to commit a crime. You could be the biological father and still want to murder the mother for putting you on child support. What would you have judges do? Order no father should have to provide for their children?
/r/PussyPassDenied15/04/19 03:53 PM
10

Yeah but he's not the only guy in the UK who has been a victim of paternity fraud. Obviously if you're no longer paying child support, you're fucked. That's why I said pretty good instead of great. Great means the liar now owes you all the child support you paid and compensation for emotional damages.
/r/PussyPassDenied15/04/19 12:03 PM
29

For all their horribly anti-male laws, the UK is pretty good for paternity fraud. As soon a you show DNA evidence the kid is not yours all child support stops. In the US though, after the child reaches the age of 1 it's basically down to the Judge's discretion. And since they generally rule in the best interest of the child, they usually rule it's best for the child to have a cuck paying money than to have no cuck paying money.

Just look at Lena Dunham for your answer. When her male friend was accused of rape she came out to defend him so strongly I genuinely believed she had evidence proving his innocence. Turned out she was just being a hypocritical twat.

I'm not familiar with Spain, so just to confirm, are you saying this gender violence court is actually legally only for male violence against women? Or are you just saying hyperbolically they'd be unlikely to prosecute a woman who helped her husband commit suicide?
/r/MensRights11/04/19 01:48 AM

Sure. When a man abandons a baby that usually means he's abandoning his responsibility to pay child support and the mother is still raising the baby. When a mother abandons a baby, it's usually in a dumpster or down a toilet. So the person you're replying to is saying that if the mother is going to abandon the baby in such a manner he'd rather there be a way for her to abandon the baby where the baby isn't in immediate danger of death, even though he doesn't support the idea of a mother abandoni…

How is it any different from super religious people preferring to not marry anyone unless she’s a virgin? Or discriminating against people who’ve had premarital sex? In some ways it's not. Racism can be like a religion. Doesn't make it not racist though.

More mothers force the father out of their children's lives than the reverse. So all custody decisions should favor the man 80/20. He's more likely to be reasonable.
/r/MensRights10/04/19 04:43 PM

The agency doesn't care about the mother, father or baby. They just want to make commission money giving babies away for adoption. So they're going to do everything in their power to take that baby away.

Also women are the breadwinners in 43% of households, but the vast majority of those are single mother households. They are not all households where a wife is out earning the husband like the statistic sounds.

If I had to guess, it wasn't in public and the police wrongfully assumed it must be self defence because she's an innocent little woman. Ergo the woman was "clearly" the victim so they arrested the guy. I don't have the time right now to watch the links but when I do I shall. Thanks.

Yes they are public records but it won't show up on a background check unless you're applying to work for the FBI. It will probably show up on a google search though. Especially if you live in Florida.

Just to be clear when it's in public a man and a woman could both be arrested if one isn't clearly the victim (I.E bleeding). Arrested =/= Charged with a crime.

That doesn't really square up with the fact these police have been hiding pertinent text messages all the way up until the first day of trial where the rape case is immediately dismissed when the withheld evidence is seen. They're definitely referring to any text message evidence proving the man as innocent.

It's easier for them to win that way. Ergo it's the system itself that's biased against men.

/r/MGTOW15/03/19 02:48 PM

If there was a biased, shouldn't that number be above 50%? Why? Maybe even 20% is too high and proof of bias considering it's usually an evidence-less accusation. You're assuming a 20% arrest rate is low for some reason.

Yes, but that was AFTER gay people made it about themselves. That was a response to someone. He was originally talking specifically about the black community. Where does it mention black people in your tweet?

Why do people just randomly say calm down to those who disagree with them? If you can't refute what I said just say so. It's the internet, I have nothing to calm down about. Nobody said someone on PCP wasn't dangerous. So what you said doesn't have any relevance to what I said.

That means you arrest him. Not beat the fuck out of him.
/r/PussyPassDenied04/03/19 12:28 PM

You're not allowed to tackle and restrain people because they committed a civil infraction. Security guards who think they're police officers are usually going to be quickly out of a job. You don't do nothing, you call the police.

He says men are magnificent. Here's the reply he gets - That's ridiculous. Being male isn't more magnificent than being female. Quote me where he said being male is more magnificent than being female.

Men have been brainwashed to despise themselves for so long now it's hard to accept even the slightest complement without fear they're offending women.
/r/MensRights16/01/19 04:02 AM

You're having trouble understanding the idea because you're not used to it yet. Powerful. Even men here can't stand hearing a complement to men without immediately worrying about women, even when no comparison was made.

It's not about know your audience, it's about know what you're talking about. It's the woman's failing because she's the one who cheated on her husband and lied about it. It's 100% on her.

Doesn't matter. He has custody of the children at that time and she is kidnapping them.
/r/MensRights11/01/19 12:12 PM

Should've pressed charges against the kicker. It's fine to apprehend a person you think is kidnapping a baby but kicking him when he's already restrained? Go fuck yourself.

It's not hypocritical at all, many people do believe that. It's just the people who refuse to take context into consideration. Obviously this guy would not be reacting this way if he had adopted these kids as babies.
